How to Claim Your Offer

1. Purchase or lease an eligible product between August 1st and September 30th, 2025, from an authorized retailer or website in France (excluding marketplaces).
2. Register or log in using your Samsung account at samsung.com/fr/offer/cashback/ by October 14th, 2025. Complete the participation form and upload the following:
   • A photo of your proof of purchase or lease (invoice, receipt, or lease agreement) clearly showing the product name, date of purchase, and price. For online purchases, include an order confirmation (email or screenshot) with the purchase date, product name, seller, website, and price.
   • A photo of the cut-out packaging label containing the 13-digit barcode and the serial number (starting with SN / Serial No).
   • A photo of your RIB (Bank Account Details) with your personal information, IBAN, and BIC. The name on the RIB must match the name on the proof of purchase and the name entered in the online form. An IBAN can only be used once.
   • For professionals: A photo of proof of professional registration (e.g., RCS registration, Kbis extract dated less than three months ago).
3. Verify your information and submit your participation by October 14th, 2025. You will receive a confirmation email.
4. If your submission meets the offer conditions, your refund will be processed via bank transfer within 4 weeks of your participation date. You will also receive your 12-month Microsoft 365 Personal activation code via email to redeem at microsoft365.com/setup.
