Offer Overview

Samsung India Electronics Pvt Ltd. (“Samsung”) is introducing a multi buy offer (“Multi Buy Offer”) on the Samsung Shop (Samsung shop app or Samsung.com/in). This offer applies to the purchase of a Galaxy Book (“Primary Device”) along with a select variant of Monitors (“Secondary Device”).

Eligibility and Offer Period

Customers who purchase a Primary Device (any variant) between April 7, 2025, 17:00 hrs and April 30, 2025, 23:59 PM (“Multi Buy Offer Period”) are eligible for this offer. Upon purchasing a Primary Device, customers will receive an additional discount on the purchase of a Secondary Device as detailed below.

Purchase Requirements

• To be eligible for the Multi Buy Offer, a customer must purchase the Primary Device from Samsung Shop.
• Only one Secondary Device can be purchased along with one Primary Device in the same cart or bill to avail the offer benefits.
• Samsung Shop will facilitate the instant discount/Multi Buy Offer as mentioned.

Offer Terms

• Customer participation in the Multi Buy Offer is voluntary.
• The Multi Buy Offer cannot be converted or used in any other form besides an instant discount on the purchase of a Secondary Device (contingent on the purchase of a Primary Device).
• Prices for both Primary and Secondary Devices listed on Samsung Shop are inclusive of all taxes.
• The offer is applicable on the list price on Samsung.com / Samsung Shop app at the time of purchase.
• Shipping of the Primary/Secondary Device is subject to stock availability.
• Product images, features, and specifications shown are for representational purposes only; the actual product may vary. The offer is available while stocks last.
• Samsung reserves the right to change, extend, amend, or withdraw the Multi Buy Offer or modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
• Samsung may, at its sole discretion, substitute select products for redemption with devices or gifts of equivalent value without providing reasons. The choice of color, make, and model of any gift will be at Samsung's discretion. No claims will be entertained in this regard.

Multi Buy Offer at Samsung Shop (New Primary Device Purchase)

If a customer purchases the Primary Device on Samsung Shop during the Multi Buy Offer Period, they will be informed about the Multi Buy Offer via on-site promotions, "buy together" recommendations, add-to-cart prompts, or other communication methods.

Customer Initiated Cancellation of Order

Orders cannot be cancelled or modified during the Multi Buy Offer Period. Any doorstep rejections or unsuccessful deliveries will incur a charge based on a specific grid, which will be deducted from the final refund amount (applicable for both Primary and Secondary Devices).

Refunds for cancellation, doorstep rejection, or unsuccessful delivery of the Primary Device will be issued after deducting the following:

• A cancellation fee (as applicable)
• The Multi Buy Offer benefit (as availed by the customer)

Scenario 1: If the customer cancels both the Primary Device and Secondary Device before they are delivered or shipped by Samsung, Samsung will refund the amount paid for both devices after deducting any applicable cancellation fee. The Multi Buy Offer benefit will not be refunded as the customer will no longer be eligible.

Scenario 2: If the customer receives the Secondary Device or it has been shipped by Samsung before the customer cancels the Primary Device or the Secondary Device, the customer will be eligible for a refund for the Primary Device only, after adjusting the Multi Buy benefit and deducting any applicable cancellation fee. The Multi Buy Offer benefit will not be refunded as the customer will no longer be eligible. The Primary Device and Secondary Device purchased will be on an "As Is" basis and subject to stock availability.

Samsung Initiated Cancellation

In the unforeseen event that Samsung has to cancel an order, no cancellation fees will be applicable.

Consent for Communication

By availing the Multi Buy Offer, customers consent to be contacted via call, SMS, WhatsApp, or Email for purposes related to this offer or for future communications from Samsung or its authorized partners.

Dispute Resolution

All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in New Delhi.
