Upgrade to the latest Samsung Galaxy Book 3 & Galaxy Book 4 and receive an additional ₹4000 on exchange of your old Samsung smartphone device. This offer is applicable to select smartphone devices as detailed in Annexure A and is subject to customer's area pin codes.

Exchange for devices purchased via Samsung.com - Important Information:

1. Exchange your old select smartphone devices with Samsung Galaxy Book 3 & Galaxy Book 4.
2. The Exchange Offer is provided by Samsung in collaboration with “Manak Waste Management Pvt. Ltd. (“Cashify”). Evaluation and exchange of your old smartphone device are subject to Cashify's terms and conditions. 3. Exchange can be completed on "Samsung Shop".
4. Provide accurate information regarding your old smartphone's screen condition and accessories during the evaluation process. Incorrect information may lead to cancellation or rejection of the exchange offer, rendering you ineligible for the exchange value or any benefits.
5. The exchange price shown is the maximum price, subject to physical verification at the time of exchange.
6. The screen condition and declared accessories will be verified during the exchange. Any mismatch may result in cancellation or rejection of the transaction.
7. The exchange device may be requoted, or the main order cancelled if mandatory checks on the Cashify Diagnose App fail, or if the used phone is not in working condition, has scratches/cracks on the screen, or has dents. In case of cancellation, a cancellation fee may apply (refer to Cancellation policy).
8. Deferred Exchange Option: If you select the "Deferred Exchange" option, you must purchase the product with full payment and receive delivery first. Cashify will then send payment details for crediting the exchange value via email/SMS to your registered contact. Ensure correct mobile number and email are provided. You must update payment details within three (03) days of receiving the link. Failure to do so will result in cancellation/rejection/forfeiture of the exchange transaction. Samsung or Cashify will not be liable for returning any exchange amount.
9. If the delivery executive rejects your old device during pickup due to incorrect information or quality issues, the new device already delivered will not be taken back, and no refunds or additional offers will be provided. The exchange offer will be forfeited/cancelled/rejected.
10. A government-approved Photo ID proof (PAN Card, Passport, or Voter ID Card) is required at the time of exchange.

Additional Exchange Offer:

• The additional exchange value of ₹4000 is provided at Samsung India Electronics Pvt. Ltd.'s sole discretion. If your exchange is rejected for any reason, you will not be eligible for the exchange value or this additional offer.
• This offer is valid on Samsung.com and in select pin codes from 04th July, 2025, till 18 July, 2025.
• This offer is in addition to the existing Upgrade Program and is valid on the exchange of select smartphone devices with a new Samsung Galaxy Book 3 & Galaxy Book 4.
