What's in the box?

• 1 x Pivot Frame Wall Mount Rack
• 12 x 10-32 Rack Screws

Note: You will need to supply your own mounting hardware.

Step 1: Mounting to the wall

Identify the rack location. The rack must be hung with appropriate wall mount anchors and fasteners according to the wall requirements. Install two screws into the mounting surface, leaving approximately 1/4 inch of threads exposed.

Step 2: Securing to the wall

Hang the frame on the screws installed in Step 1. Secure the frame to the wall using the additional mounting holes inside the frame.

How to release the pivot frame:

To release the pivot frame, pull and turn the pin on either side and rotate the frame down. Twist the pin to release and lock the gate back in the upper position.

Warranty

General: Kendall Howard offers a Limited Warranty against defects in material and workmanship. Please read your warranty carefully. This Warranty sets forth responsibilities in the unlikely event of a defect and tells you how to obtain resolution.

Terms of Warranty: Kendall Howard products are warranted to be free of defects in material and workmanship. If any part or portion of the Kendall Howard product fails to conform to the Warranty, Kendall Howard, at its option, will furnish new or factory remanufactured products for repair or replacement of that part.

Scope: This Warranty is extended to the first purchaser for use in the United States. It is not transferable or assignable without prior written permission.

Descriptions: Product descriptions are not warranties of performance or fitness for a particular purpose.

Claims Procedure: Contact Kendall Howard within 30 days of discovering a defect. Materials are free; labor may be charged after 30 days of purchase. Shipping for replacements/returns is covered by Kendall Howard, subject to inspection confirming a defect.

Exclusions: Warranty excludes damage from misuse, improper installation, unauthorized repair, tampering, environmental factors, Acts of God, theft, or installation contrary to recommendations. Installation costs, maintenance, labor, and shipping for repairs are not covered. Altering the product voids the warranty.

Limitations: This warranty excludes all other warranties. The sole remedy is repair or replacement. Kendall Howard's liability is limited to the net product purchase price. Indirect, special, incidental, exemplary, or consequential damages are excluded.

Miscellaneous: Warranty terms can only be modified in writing by a Kendall Howard officer. User must complete and return the User Information Card within 30 days. The warranty is governed by Nebraska law and represents the entire agreement.
