Installation Instructions

For your safety, read and understand the entire manual before installing.

Step 1: Prepare Mounting Frame

Remove the mounting frame from the cabinet. Determine placement on the wall. Ensure the eight beveled tabs on the mounting frame are facing up. Secure the wall mount frame to the wall using appropriate hardware (not included).

Step 2: Mount Cabinet to Frame

After the wall mount frame is securely installed to the wall, lift and lower the wall mount cabinet. Ensure the eight beveled tabs on the wall mount frame engage with the corresponding eight slots on the back of the wall mount cabinet.

Step 3: Secure Cabinet to Frame (Primary)

Install screws (not included) from the inside of the cabinet into the six (6) indicated locations. This should be done BEFORE installing any equipment into the cabinet.

Step 4: Secure Cabinet to Frame (Optional)

For additional security, install screws (not included) into the eight (8) additional positions shown in Figure 2 to further secure the cabinet to the mounting frame.

Warranty

General: Kendall Howard offers a Limited Warranty against defects in material and workmanship for all products. Users are advised to read the warranty carefully.

Terms: Kendall Howard products are warranted to be free of defects in material and workmanship. Kendall Howard will, at its option, furnish new or factory remanufactured products for repair or replacement of any defective part.

Transferability: This Warranty is extended to the first purchaser for use in the United States and is not transferable or assignable without prior written permission from Kendall Howard.

Assignment of Warranties: Kendall Howard assigns to the User any warranties from manufacturers and suppliers of components, but makes no representations or assumes responsibility for these third-party warranties.

Descriptions: Kendall Howard warrants that products will conform to its descriptions, but these are not warranties of performance or fitness for a particular purpose.

Warranty Claims Procedure: Users must contact Kendall Howard within thirty (30) days of discovering a defect. Kendall Howard will repair or replace non-conforming products without charge for materials. Labor is free within thirty (30) days of purchase; otherwise, labor charges apply at Kendall Howard's current rates. Kendall Howard covers shipping costs for replacement products and return of defective products. Coverage is contingent upon Kendall Howard's inspection confirming a defect and no misuse.

Warranty Performance of Component Manufacturers: Kendall Howard may utilize third-party component manufacturers for warranty work to ensure prompt and effective resolution.

Items Not Covered: This Warranty does not cover damage or defects caused by misuse, improper application, incorrect electrical current, negligence, inappropriate operating conditions, unauthorized repair, transit accidents, tampering, alterations, changes in location or use, exposure to elements, Acts of God, theft, or installation contrary to recommendations. It also excludes installation costs, circuit breaker resetting, maintenance items, and labor/shipping costs for removal or installation, unless specifically provided. Altering the product voids the warranty.

Limitations: This Warranty is exclusive and in lieu of all other warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. User's sole remedy is repair or replacement. Kendall Howard's liability for property loss or damage shall not exceed the net product purchase price. Kendall Howard shall not be liable for indirect, special, incidental, exemplary, or consequential damages, including lost profits, business interruption, or loss of data.

Miscellaneous: No salesperson or agent can alter warranty terms; modifications must be in writing signed by a Kendall Howard officer. The warranty is effective upon full payment and supersedes previous warranties. Kendall Howard reserves the right to change warranty terms. If any provision becomes invalid, the remainder continues in effect. Users must complete and return the User Information Card within thirty (30) days of receipt. The warranty is governed by the laws of the State of Nebraska and represents the entire agreement.
