Installation Guide

Tools Needed

Installation Steps

Step 1: Cabinet Location and Initial Mounting

Identify the cabinet location. The cabinet must be hung using appropriate wall mount anchors and fasteners, selected according to the wall's requirements. Each cabinet is equipped with keyhole mounting holes. The mounting holes are spaced 16 inches on center. Install two initial mounting screws into the wall, ensuring they are not screwed in all the way.

Step 2: Hanging and Securing the Cabinet

Hang the cabinet on the two mounting screws previously installed in Step 1. Secure the cabinet to the wall by utilizing the additional mounting holes located inside the cabinet.

Warranty Information

General Warranty Statement

Kendall Howard offers all users a Limited Warranty against defects in material and workmanship. This warranty outlines responsibilities in case of a defect and provides resolution methods.

Terms of Warranty

Kendall Howard products are warranted to be free of defects in material and workmanship. If a part or portion of the product fails to conform to the Warranty, Kendall Howard will, at its option, furnish new or factory remanufactured products for repair or replacement.

Warranty Extension and Transferability

This Warranty extends to the first purchaser for use (the "User") and is non-transferable or assignable without prior written permission from Kendall Howard.

Assignment of Warranties

Kendall Howard assigns to the User any warranties from manufacturers and suppliers of components, but makes no representations regarding their effectiveness or extent, and assumes no responsibility for matters warranted by third parties.

Drawings and Descriptions

Kendall Howard warrants that the product will conform to descriptions in final invoices, orders, proposals, and other descriptive documents. However, these are not warranties of performance or fitness for a particular purpose, as Kendall Howard does not control product use.

Warranty Claims Procedure

Within a reasonable time, not exceeding thirty (30) days after discovering a defect, the User shall contact Kendall Howard. A customer service representative will repair or replace non-conforming products without charge for materials. Labor is free if performed within thirty (30) days of purchase; otherwise, standard rates apply. Kendall Howard covers shipping costs for replacement products and return of defective items. Coverage is contingent upon Kendall Howard inspection confirming a defect and no signs of misuse.

Warranty Performance of Component Manufacturers

Kendall Howard cooperates with component manufacturers and their representatives to promptly address warranty defects, potentially utilizing third parties for repair or replacement if it leads to faster or less expensive resolution.

Items Not Covered by Warranty

This Warranty does not cover damage or defects caused by misuse, improper application, incorrect electrical connections, negligence, inappropriate operating conditions, unauthorized repair, transit damage, tampering, alterations, changes in location or use, exposure to elements, Acts of God, theft, or installation contrary to recommendations. It also excludes installation costs, circuit breaker resetting, maintenance items, labor, and shipping costs for repairs/replacements, or removal from premises. The Warranty is void if the product is altered.

Limitations

This Warranty is exclusive and in lieu of all other warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. The User's sole remedy is repair or replacement. Kendall Howard's liability for property loss or damage shall not exceed the net product purchase price. Kendall Howard is not liable for indirect, special, incidental, exemplary, or consequential damages, including lost profits, business interruption, or data loss.

Miscellaneous

No salesperson, employee, or agent of Kendall Howard can alter this Warranty. Modifications require a written agreement signed by a Kendall Howard officer. The Warranty is effective upon full payment receipt and supersedes all previous warranties. Kendall Howard may supplement or change warranty terms in future offerings. If any provision becomes invalid, remaining terms stay in effect. Users must complete and return the User Information Card within thirty (30) days of receipt. This Warranty is governed by the laws of the State of Nebraska and represents the entire agreement between Kendall Howard and the User.
