Warranty Conditions

All LUTEC products meet the highest quality requirements and have undergone strict quality control. They are designed, produced, and tested in accordance with International & European safety standards.

Warranty Period: 5 years from the date of purchase (2 years for products within the Solar Energy ranges). LUTEC offers an additional 15-year anti-corrosion guarantee on all galvanised and resin outdoor luminaires.

Applicability: The warranty applies to all LUTEC indoor & outdoor lighting purchased within the European Union and/or Switzerland, provided the packaging is labelled accordingly. Excluded are replaceable bulbs, batteries, starters, and other wear & tear parts and consumables.

Coverage: Products are guaranteed against material, manufacturing, or design faults, based on the scientific and technical state of the art applicable at the time of manufacture.

Replacement/Repair: LUTEC Europe may repair or replace the product or refund the purchase price. If the product purchased is no longer manufactured at the time of notification, LUTEC Europe will supply a similar product. Costs for assembly, disassembly, transport, postage, and consequential damages are not covered.

Claim Procedure: In case of warranty, please contact your local dealer/seller or LUTEC Europe directly. Contact details for local LUTEC partners can be found on www.lutec.com. The dealer/seller and/or LUTEC Europe must be promptly notified of any defect within 30 days of discovery. To make a claim, submit proof of purchase, including the date of purchase and the product model number.

Installation Guide

Follow these steps for a successful installation:

Step 1: Unpack Components

Carefully unpack the product box. You should find the following items: two light fixture bodies (B), two mounting brackets (A), one pack of screws, and this user manual.

Step 2: Mount Bracket

Select a suitable location on your wall. Securely attach one of the mounting brackets (A) to the wall using the provided screws or appropriate fixings for your wall type. Ensure the bracket is level and firmly fixed.

Step 3: Electrical Connection

Connect the electrical wiring of the light fixture to your mains power supply, adhering to all local electrical codes and regulations. As a Class I product, ensure it is properly grounded.

Step 4: Attach Light Fixture

Align the light fixture body (B) with the mounted bracket (A). Slide or click the fixture onto the bracket and secure it in place according to the design.

Step 5: Adjust Fixture Angle

Adjust the angle of the light fixture to direct illumination precisely where needed. The fixture is designed for adjustable positioning.

Step 6: Final Check and Power On

Once the fixture is securely mounted and all connections are made, perform a final check. Then, switch on the power supply to test the light.
