Introduction and Tips
This guide provides instructions for assembling the SF001 Sofa Bed.
Assembly Tips: Do not discard packing materials until assembly is complete, as small parts may come loose during shipment. If parts are missing, please contact the manufacturer. Assemble this item on a soft surface, such as carpet, to protect the finish.
Parts List
Please verify all parts are present before beginning assembly.
- Part 1 (x2): Rectangular base cushion.
- Part 2 (x1): L-shaped frame piece, likely an armrest.
- Part 3 (x1): L-shaped frame piece, likely an armrest.
- Part 4 (x2): U-shaped metal frame piece, part of the bed mechanism or base support.
- Part 5 (x1): Longer U-shaped metal frame piece, part of the bed mechanism or base support.
- Part 6 (x2): Square cushions, likely back or decorative cushions.
Care and Setup Instructions
- Open the packaging and place the cushions on the floor.
- Remove plastic packaging carefully to avoid scratching the fabric with sharp tools or knives.
- After unpacking, the sofa will spring back to some extent. Maintain a well-ventilated and dry environment. Lightly patting the sofa will help it regain full elasticity. After 72 hours, the sofa should have fully returned to its original state.
- A clothes steam machine can be used to help the sofa flatten more quickly. Patting uneven parts with your hands can also help make the fabric smoother.
- Warm Tip: In the center of the bottom of the metal frame (parts 4 & 5), there is a welded and polished joint. During the polishing process, temperature differences may cause a small black area to appear. This is a normal phenomenon and will not affect usage.
