Cautions
General Safety
- Read the entire manual carefully before use.
- Do not use "Equal Exchange" or "Add New Oil" functions when the device is not connected to a car.
- Do not add ATF or cleaning agents through the oil filling port during operation.
- When storing, ensure new and old oil tanks are empty. Transfer old oil immediately to another container to maintain precision.
- Place the equipment on a level surface to ensure proper oil pump function.
- During Equal Exchange, avoid turning the engine off and restarting it (except in emergencies) to prevent voltage fluctuations that could affect accuracy.
Maintenance and Care
- Check for leaks at all connection points during oil exchange.
- After each operation, drain waste oil from the old oil tank and store new oil in a container to keep the electronic scale unloaded.
- Keep the new oil tank clean.
- If abnormal weight readings occur for new/old oil, use the one-key zeroing function to reset the electronic scales after draining tanks.
- If the problem persists after zeroing, contact customer service for calibration.
- (If the equipment differs from the manual, follow the equipment's actual operation.)
Operations Instruction
Preparation Before Operation
Connecting Power
Connect the clamps to the car battery terminals (DC12V). The device automatically recognizes polarity.
Lifting the Car
Raise the car so drive wheels are at least 20cm off the ground. Engage the handbrake and use wheel chocks for stability.
Connecting the Hoses
- Locate the connection oil pipe between the transmission and radiator and disconnect the accessible one.
- Connect appropriate connectors from the box to the ends of the disconnected oil pipe.
- Connect the device's hoses to the transmission oil pipes without regard to flow direction.
Check and Confirm
Start the engine, ensure hoses are secure and leak-free, then turn on the device's power switch.
Functional Operation
Cycle Cleaning
Add cleaning fluid (or flush with new oil if no fluid is added).
- Method One: Add cleaning fluid directly to the transmission via the dipstick opening.
- Method Two: Add cleaning fluid to the equipment, then feed it to the transmission.
- Ensure the new oil tank is empty. Add cleaning fluid to the new oil barrel via the filling port (recommend >1L; if <1L, add new oil to reach 1L).
- Select the "Add New Oil" function.
- Set the cleaning fluid amount to match the new oil display volume.
- Without starting the engine, select "Start" to confirm. The cleaning fluid will be automatically added to the transmission.
- Select the "Cycle Cleaning" function, set the cleaning time, and select "Start" to begin the countdown. Cleaning can be stopped with the stop button.
Important Tips: For best results, set cleaning time to over 20 minutes. During cycle cleaning, the engine should run, and gears should be switched (approx. 1 minute per gear). In high-speed gear, press accelerator to reach 60 km/h or more to engage the high-speed gear control oil route.
Equal Exchange of Old and New Oil
- Add transmission fluid into the equipment's oil filler port.
- Select the "Equal Exchange" function and set the fluid amount to be exchanged.
- Start the vehicle's engine, select "Start" to confirm and begin the exchange. The interface displays parameters in real time.
Important Tips: Ensure oil hoses are properly connected. The set exchange volume must not exceed the new oil tank capacity. During operation, set replacement amount to ~2L more than the transmission's rated oil volume for thorough replacement, especially if cleaning fluid was used. This minimizes damage to seals from residual cleaning fluid. During replacement, switch gears as needed (approx. 1 minute per gear). In high-speed gear, press accelerator to reach 60 km/h or more to engage the high-speed gear control oil route.
Do not add new transmission fluid midway through this function; wait until it is finished. If new fluid is needed, add it only after completion.
Adding New Oil
Use this function when the vehicle's ATF level is insufficient and needs topping up to the rated value.
- Select the "Add New Oil" function and set the amount to be added.
- Select "Start" to confirm and begin the exchange. The interface displays parameters in real time.
Important Tips: The amount to be added must not exceed the new oil tank capacity. Do not start the engine.
Recycling Used Oil
Use this function to recycle used oil from the vehicle's automatic transmission back into the equipment.
- Select the "Recycle Used Oil" function and set the amount to be recycled.
- Start the vehicle's engine, select "Start" to confirm and begin the exchange. The interface displays parameters in real time.
Drain New Oil
- Select the "Drain New Oil" function. Ensure the equipment's oil hoses are NOT connected to the vehicle.
- Select "Start" to confirm. Oil from the new oil tank will be drained into the old oil tank.
Draining Used Oil
- Open the equipment's back door. Loosen the strap on the old oil tank, remove all hoses from inside it, and take the old oil tank out. Drain the old oil.
- After draining, place the empty old oil tank on the weighing pan, re-insert hoses, and secure them with straps.
