AUTOOL AST609 Brake Fluid Bleeder
Model: AST609
Manufacturer: AUTOOL TECHNOLOGY CO.,LTD
Website: www.autooltech.com
Product Introduction
Operating Principle
The AUTOOL AST609 Brake Fluid Bleeder operates using a pump to extract brake fluid from a new fluid bottle and continuously pump it into the vehicle's brake fluid container at a specified pressure. Simultaneously, the old brake fluid is systematically discharged from each car brake cylinder, following the sequence specified by the vehicle's original manufacturer, until the new brake fluid begins to flow. This pulsating brake fluid bleeder machine is designed to efficiently prevent the formation of air bubbles during the filling process and streamline or eliminate the need for manual bleeding procedures, offering an advantage over traditional pressure-based brake fluid exchange machines.
Any use other than its intended purpose is prohibited.

Operations Instruction
Initial Start / Device Self-Bleeding
This section outlines the connection procedure for the brake fluid bleeder and the new fluid bottle, and the process for bleeding the machine. Bleeding is essential during initial startup.
- Place the brake fluid bleeder on a flat and even surface, ensuring the output hose is not under mechanical strain, especially when elevating a vehicle.
- Place the brake fluid bleeder on a flat surface.
- Remove the cap from the new fluid bottle and add fresh brake fluid.
- Position the new fluid bottle in the rear space of the brake fluid bleeder to prevent tipping.
- Insert the input hose and pressure balancing hose into the new fluid bottle, reaching the bottom. The input hose is for extraction, and the pressure balancing hose returns excess pressure to the new fluid bottle.
- To bleed the machine, connect the adapter only to the output hose, not to the vehicle.
- Turn on the brake fluid bleeder by activating the power switch.
- Press the "Start" button. Continue until brake fluid flows from the output hose into a suitable container, indicating the bleeding process is complete.
- Turn off the power switch. Once the pressure gauge slowly drops to 0 bar, remove the adapter fitting.
- The brake fluid bleeder is now ready for use.
Brake Fluid Exchangement
- Install the appropriate adapter fitting onto the vehicle's brake fluid reservoir.
- Connect the output hose to the installed adapter fitting.
- Connect the power cable. Lift the vehicle to an appropriate height so the tires are off the ground.
- Connect the oil bottle to the brake cylinder on the car's wheel and loosen the brake caliper bleed screw.
- Turn on the equipment power switch and use the central knob to select either Standard mode or Fast mode.
- Press the start button to initiate the brake fluid exchange process.
- Follow the manufacturer's guidelines for bleeding the brake system, exchanging brake fluid one by one. If no specific sequence is provided, start from the right rear brake cylinder and proceed to the left front brake cylinder. Once new, bubble-free brake fluid overflows from the bleed hole, close the bleed screw.
- After use, press the "Stop" button to halt the machine. Wait 15 seconds and check the pressure gauge. If no pressure is displayed, remove the fitting from the vehicle's brake fluid reservoir and then from the output hose.
- Turn off the machine and disconnect the power supply.
