Operations Instruction

Adjusting Working Pressure

The default working pressure is 1.5 kg/cm², designed to prevent deformation of the car reservoir and ensure seal tightness. Pressure can be adjusted using the "+" and "-" buttons for air bleeding or fluid exchange at lower pressures. Excessive pressure can damage the brake master cylinder.

Operating Procedure

Note: ℹ️ The vehicle engine does not need to be started.

1. Fill the equipment's storage tank with new brake fluid. Connect the 12V car battery and turn on the power switch.
2. Press the "Start" button. Once pressure is stable, use "+" or "-" buttons to adjust pressure and pulse for the vehicle. Press "Stop" when complete.
3. Connect the appropriate connector to the oil outlet tube's quick connector. Press "Start" until new fluid drains from the outlet tube into the storage tank (approx. 10 seconds). Press "Stop" to bleed air from the equipment, then tighten the storage tank cap. (For first-time use or different fluid types, bleed air first, then drain fluid into oil bottles.)
4. Fill the car reservoir with new brake fluid until almost overflowing. Connect the adapter to the brake master cylinder filler and ensure a tight seal.
5. Lift the vehicle to suspend the wheels off the ground.
6. Connect the equipment's four oil bottles to the car's brake sub-cylinders and loosen the outlet screws to allow fluid flow.
7. Press "Start" to begin brake fluid exchange.
8. Monitor the discharge status of oil bottles. Adjust "Pressure" and "Pulse" parameters to regulate efficiency. The default exchange time is 1 minute; the machine stops automatically. If incomplete, press "Start" to continue. If fluid runs out, an alert sounds, and the machine stops. Refill and press "Start" to resume.
9. After replacement, press "Stop/Relief Pressure" and wait 10 seconds. Check the pressure gauge; if pressure remains, press "Stop/Relief Pressure" repeatedly until it reaches zero. Disconnect the car connections.
10. Clean and drain all old fluid from the oil bottles and storage tank. If needed, drain from the storage tank via the outlet tube by pressing "Start" repeatedly. Low levels can be manually drained from the drain port.

Brake Fluid Bottle Description

• Reservoir: Vehicle brake fluid canister.
• Oil bottles: Recycle bottles for old fluid (4).
• Fluid storage tank: For new brake fluid.

Reminder

❗ During the exchange process, check for leaks and broken connection lines. If any abnormality occurs, stop immediately and keep the filling port clean.

A three-year warranty is provided for the main unit from the date of receipt. Accessories have a one-year warranty.

• For failures within 90 days of receipt, AUTOOL covers shipping costs and provides accessories for free replacement upon submission of video and pictures. For failures after 90 days, the customer bears costs, and AUTOOL provides parts for free replacement.
