How to Adjust the Working Pressure Correctly

The working pressure of the pressure regulator is factory-set to 1-1.5 bar. This setting ensures the car reservoir tank does not deform during fluid change, thereby guaranteeing the sealing performance of the secondary sealing ring. It also facilitates air exhaust or fluid change at relatively low working pressure by adjusting the pressure and switch. In special circumstances requiring higher working pressure, it is crucial not to exceed safe limits, as excessive pressure may damage the clutch master cylinder of the braking system.

Low-pressure Sealing Performance Test

This smart brake fluid replacement machine can be used for brake air exhaustion and fluid filling, as well as for low-pressure detection on the hydraulic brake system. The device connects to the car reservoir tank via an adapter. Ensure all air valves are closed before connection. The braking system is then pressurized by the device's working pressure (set according to the specific car model's requirements). Inspect the master cylinder and braking pipelines for any signs of leakage. If brake fluid overflows, it indicates that the braking system is not completely sealed.

Operation Instructions

Note: It is not necessary to start the vehicle.

1. Lift the car to a proper height, ensuring the driving wheels are off the ground.
2. Connect the device's four oil tanks to the car's clutch slave cylinders. Loosen the exhaust screws on the slave cylinders to ensure oil flows out.
3. Pour approximately 2 liters of new brake fluid into the device's "Oil adding" port. Find the adapter that matches the car model and connect it to the brake fluid reservoir port of the car's master cylinder.
4. Connect the device to a 12V car battery and turn on the power switch.
5. Press the “Start/Stop” button to initiate the brake fluid change process.
6. During the fluid change, monitor the brake fluid reservoir. If the fluid flow is too slow, press the "Accelerate" button. If the flow is too fast, press the "Decelerate" button to reduce the speed.
7. Upon completion of the oil change, the used oil in the device's tank must be completely drained. Failure to empty the used oil tank can damage the vacuum pump and prevent future oil change operations.

Reminder:

During the oil change process, please check all connection points for oil leakage and ensure that the connecting hoses are not damaged. Maintain cleanliness at the new oil filling port.

Precautions

⚠️ Check the device by visual inspection before use. If it is damaged, do not use it and contact a specialist for maintenance.

Any brake fluid spilled on the shell should be cleaned immediately. Otherwise, a chemical reaction may occur on the surface, affecting the product's appearance.

Please do not place cloths contaminated by organic oil, fuel, or solvent on this product.

Warranty Service

AUTOOL provides a 3-year warranty for the main unit and a 1-year warranty for accessories, starting from the date the customer receives the product parcel.

Warranty Access

• Repair or replacement of the equipment will be performed according to specific fault conditions.
• AUTOOL guarantees that all replacement parts, accessories, or equipment provided are brand new.
• For product breakdowns that cannot be resolved within 90 days of receipt, the customer must provide video and pictures as proof. AUTOOL will cover the freight costs and provide the necessary accessories for replacement. For issues arising after 90 days, the customer will bear the freight costs, while AUTOOL will provide the accessory for free replacement.
