How to Use

Turning the Fan On/Off:

• Press the power button to turn the fan on.
• Press the power button again to turn the fan off.

Natural Breeze Mode:

• Press the breeze setting button to activate Natural Breeze Mode.

Changing Air Flow:

• Press the air flow buttons (indicated by arrows) to cycle through different air flow speeds.

LED Light On/Off:

• Long press the LED light button to turn the LED light on or off. The LED light turns off automatically 2 seconds after the last button press.

Oscillation:

• Press the oscillation button to start or stop oscillation.

Off Timer:

• Press the off-timer button to set the timer for 1, 2, or 4 hours.

Beeping Sound On/Off:

• Long press the beeping sound button to turn the beep sound on or off.

Remote Control:

• The remote control can be used to operate all functions of the fan. Point the remote control's sensor towards the remote receiver on the main body.

Safety Precautions

General Warnings:

• Read all safety precautions carefully before use.
• Do not disassemble, repair, or modify the product. Doing so can cause fire, electric shock, or injury.
• Use only as intended. Do not use for commercial purposes.
• Do not use near radios or televisions, as it may cause interference.
• Avoid direct sunlight and heat sources, which can cause deformation or malfunction.
• Use on a level, stable surface to prevent falls and damage.
• Keep the product away from curtains or strings to prevent entanglement and damage.
• Always unplug by grasping the plug, not the cord.
• Unplug the product when not in use for extended periods to prevent fire or electric shock.
• The product has a fuse for overload protection. If the fuse blows, unplug and replace it with the same rating. If it blows again, discontinue use and contact IRIS USA, Inc.
• Do not run the cord under carpeting or cover it.
• Dispose of product and packaging materials according to government regulations.
• This appliance is not intended for use by persons with reduced physical, sensory, or mental capabilities, including children, unless supervised.
• Supervise children to ensure they do not play with the appliance.

Battery Warning (Button Cell):

• INGESTION HAZARD: Contains a button cell battery. Swallowing can cause severe internal chemical burns and death within 2 hours.
• Keep new and used batteries OUT OF REACH of CHILDREN.
• Seek immediate medical attention if a battery is suspected to be swallowed.
• Remove and recycle or dispose of used batteries properly. Do NOT dispose of batteries in household trash or incinerate.
• Do not force discharge, recharge, disassemble, heat, or incinerate batteries.
• Ensure batteries are installed correctly with correct polarity.
• Do not mix old and new batteries, or different types of batteries.
• Always secure the battery compartment. If it does not close securely, stop using the product.
• Use only manufacturer-recommended batteries.

Fire Hazards:

• Do not spray with insecticides, hair sprays, or oils.
• Do not use near flammable substances or open flames.
• Do not point airflow at combustible appliances like heaters.
• Do not use with wet hands.
• Do not use outdoors.
• Do not use in dusty or humid environments.
• Do not get the unit wet or immerse it in water.

Cleaning and Maintenance

• Always turn off the power and unplug the power plug from the electric socket when cleaning the product.
• The motor will be hot immediately after use. Confirm the motor has cooled before cleaning.
• Do not use paint thinner, alcohol, benzene, alkaline detergent, or bleach, etc. Using such substances can cause damage, malfunctions, or changes in color, shape, and quality.
• Using the product in dusty conditions can cause it to malfunction. Check and clean the product regularly.

Internal Cleaning Steps:

1. Unscrew the front guard.
2. Remove the front guard.
3. Vacuum any dust.
4. Remove the vane (if applicable).
5. Clean the internal components.

Wipe with a soft cloth.

Storage method: Place the product in its original box or a suitable container.

Troubleshooting

Problems that could not be resolved:

Please contact the dealer of purchase or IRIS USA, Inc. Customer Service.

Do not disassemble, repair or modify the product yourself. Any other servicing should be performed by an authorized service representative.

Product Used Over Long Periods of Time:

If any of the following problems occur due to use over long periods of time, cut power immediately, unplug from the electric socket, and contact IRIS USA, Inc. customer service at (602)707-1800:

• There is no response when power switch is pressed.
• Product makes a strange noise when operating.
• The vane speed changes irregularly while turning.
• Power cord is bent or damaged.
• Power turns on and off when power cord is touched.
• Product gives off a burnt smell.

Various factors can have an impact on the product degradation and malfunction. If abnormalities like those listed above occur even when the product has not been used for the displayed standard period of use, stop use immediately and contact IRIS USA, Inc. customer service at (602)707-1800.

Warranty

THE MANUFACTURER WARRANTS:

IRIS USA, Inc. products are to be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal non-commercial, household use, when operated and cared for in accordance with the Manufacturer's written instructions.

THE 5-YEAR WARRANTY (“WARRANTY”) DOES NOT COVER:

• Damage caused by accident, misuse, or abuse, including use in humid areas, improper cleaning, neglect, alteration, fire, theft, non-recommended temperatures.
• Minor imperfections, scratches, stains, discoloration, surface markings from shipping, or other external/internal damage that does not impair utility or functionality.

TO OBTAIN SERVICE:

Contact IRIS USA, Inc. Customer Service at (602)707-1800. Return the product with proof of purchase and a detailed description of the defect. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs and any damage incurred during transit.

MANUFACTURER'S OBLIGATION:

The Manufacturer's liability is limited to repair or replacement of the defective product at their sole discretion. IRIS USA, Inc. will replace defective items with the most comparable current item. Upgrades are not offered. The Manufacturer is not liable for special, incidental, or consequential damages.

Some states do not allow limitations on incidental or consequential damages, so these limitations may not apply.

DISCONTINUED ITEM RETURNED:

If an item is discontinued, IRIS USA, Inc. will replace it with the most comparable item currently manufactured.
