Securing the Mounting Plate

? Tip: Your safe can be installed onto the mounting plate from either the left or right side.

Important: When installing the plate, ensure the bottom is parallel to the floor (E) for horizontal safe opening. Angling the plate or aiming the safe downwards may affect rail mechanics and prevent proper opening.

  1. Locate a mounting surface, ensuring sufficient clearance for the safe door to open fully before installing.
  2. Position the mounting plate and use a pencil to mark desired hole locations. Drill 7/32" pilot holes.
  3. Fasten the mounting plate securely using the provided hardware and tighten firmly.

  1. Align the 4 receiving slots on the safe sides with the 4 tabs on the mounting plate.
  2. Fully insert the mounting plate tabs into the safe's receiving slots (C/D). Press the safe downwards firmly to lock it in place (E).
