Working Connection Method

The diagram illustrates two HDMI connectors: Connector 1 labeled "SEND" and Connector 2 labeled "RECEIVE". The cable connects these two points.

To establish a connection, insert the male connector 1 SEND of the HDMI cable into the female interface of the output device. The HDMI cable will then emit light. Subsequently, plug the male connector 2 RECEIVE of the HDMI cable into the display device to complete the audio and video expansion display.

The following projection modes can be selected in PC settings:

Only the computer screen
Copy
Expansion
Only the second screen

Note: Depending on individual computer systems, you may need to select "Projection Mode" in the PC settings. The available modes are as described above.

Problem Description	Possible Causes	Troubleshooting Method
No image display	No HDMI signal source input	Check the signal source port and signal channel mode of the input device. This product supports various HDMI device connections and 8K 60Hz HD resolution display. Ensure ports are connected correctly and the right signal source is selected. Reconnect or update the graphics card driver, and keep the HDMI connector clean.
	Wrong signal source selection / Wrong projection mode setting	Verify that the signal source is selected correctly. Check if the projection mode on the computer side is switched. Typically, there are four modes: "only the computer screen", "copy", "expansion", and "only the second screen".
	HDMI port not plugged in	Inspect the input or output HDMI port to confirm it is plugged in correctly. If the device has a protective case, verify it is not causing interference.
	Input device drive not matched	Update your computer graphics card driver and try again.
The transmission signal is often interrupted, the audio and video signals are not smooth	Input device issues	Determine if network lag is causing issues with the input device's video source. Check if the input port is loose.
	Poor contact of HDMI cable metal port contacts	The product features a thicker tinned copper wire core for conduction, along with aluminum foil braided shielding for stable and clear transmission. To ensure optimal performance, clean any dust or debris from inside and outside the interface, ensuring both ends of the cable are properly connected.
	Apple devices require an external power supply HUB adapter	This product is compatible with all standard HDMI interface devices. If Apple devices have an HDMI interface, it can be used. If an external HUB adapter is being used, try replacing it with a different adapter for testing.
