Product Information

Installation

The unit should be mounted using its screw holes on the bracket. Always ensure the unit is firmly fixed to avoid vibration and slipping during operation. Always ensure the structure to which you are attaching the unit is secure and can support a weight of 10 times the unit's weight. Also, always use a safety cable that can hold 12 times the unit's weight when installing the fixture. The equipment must be installed by professionals. It must be fixed in a place out of the reach of people, where no one passes by or under it.

Connection

The device is equipped with the following interfaces:

  1. DMX (in/out): XLR 3(5)-pin socket
  2. Power (in/out): powerCON socket

Connection is performed using a cable with XLR-female to XLR-Male plugs.

DMX Connection Diagrams

3-PIN XLR:

5-PIN XLR:

Diagram of connection of devices by DMX cable: A DMX controller connects to the first fixture (DMX 512), which then connects to subsequent fixtures (DMX 512). The last fixture in the chain must be terminated.

CAUTION! At the last fixture, the DMX signal must be terminated with a terminator. Solder a 120Ω resistor between signal (-) and signal (+) into an XLR plug and plug it into the DMX output of the last fixture.

IMPORTANT! The maximum number of devices connected in series via power cable is 4 pcs.

Connection is performed using the power cable with a powerCON connector (included). The device must be operated by qualified personnel.

CAUTION! In case of cable damage, do not attempt to repair. Replacement or repair can only be made by the manufacturer or by a person with appropriate permissions.

Display Operation Instructions

Lamp Usage Notes: The rate of power voltage change should be within ±10%. If the voltage is too high, it will shorten the lamp's life; if it's insufficient, the lamp will be dark. Please restart the light after turning it off for 20 minutes until it has fully cooled. Frequent switching reduces the lifespan of lamps and bulbs; intermittent use improves the life of bulbs and lamps.

Comments

  1. When entering the "*)) position displayed in the menu, the fixture will automatically set itself as master and send data to external devices. Other fixtures can receive this data and will run synchronously without manual slave setup. Upon power cycle, it will jump to the "*)) position and run again. In this position, it will not return to the default display after 30 seconds.
  2. When restoring factory defaults, it will only return to the character with the underlined parameter; others will not change.
  3. [SEND PARAMETERS] can send setting parameters with underlines via DMX cable, and the other projectors will automatically reset after correctly receiving the parameters.
