Assembly Steps

Step 1: Attach Front Panel

Loosen 6 screws 3-4 turns, but do not remove them. Attach the FRONT PANEL (part 2) using the keyholes on the panel. Ensure panels are aligned before tightening the 6 screws.

Step 2: Attach Side Panel

Loosen 3 screws. Attach the SIDE PANEL (part 4) to the frame. Tighten the 3 screws on the SIDE PANEL.

Step 3: Attach Left Side Panel

Loosen 2 screws. Attach the LEFT SIDE PANEL (part 5) to the frame. Tighten the 2 screws on the LEFT SIDE PANEL.

Step 4: Attach Cart Brace

Remove 6 screws from the front legs. Attach the CART BRACE (part 6) to the front legs. Tighten two screws on the CART BRACE.

Step 5: Attach Cart Base

Attach the CART BASE (part 7) to the front legs. Ensure the TANK BRACKETS are on the correct end as shown in the drawing. Tighten 4 screws (removed in Step 4) into the CART BASE.

Step 6: Attach Back Panel

Loosen 6 screws on the rear legs (2 screws on each rear leg, 2 screws on the cart base). Remove 6 screws in total. Attach the BACK PANEL (part 9) to the rear legs and cart base. Tighten 4 screws to secure the back panel.

Step 7: Attach Cart Base to Back Legs

Attach the CART BASE (part 7) to the back legs. Tighten 4 screws (removed from Step 6) to secure the cart base to the rear structure.

Step 8: Attach Cart Brace and Left Side Panel

Attach the CART BRACE (part 6) and the LEFT SIDE PANEL (part 5) to the main cart structure. Tighten 4 screws to secure these components.

Step 9: Attach Casters

Lock the CASTERS (part 22) in the unlocked position. Attach the 4 CASTERS to the bottom of the legs. The diagram shows the casters being attached to the legs.

Step 10: Set Cart Upright

Carefully set the assembled cart upright onto the attached CASTERS.

Step 11: Install Bar

Loosen the bottom screws on the CART BASE (part 6). Install the BAR (part 24) by aligning it with the cart base. Tighten 2 screws to secure the bar.

Step 12: Set Grill Body on Cart

Carefully place the GRILL BODY (part 20) onto the assembled cart structure.

Step 13: Secure Grill Body

Remove 3 screws from the GRILL BODY. Align the GRILL BODY with the cart. Rotate the CART BRACKETS upwards and tighten 4 screws to secure the grill body to the cart.

Step 14: Align Grill Body

Remove 3 screws from the GRILL BODY. Align the GRILL BODY with the cart. Rotate the CART BRACKETS upwards and tighten 4 screws to secure the grill body to the cart. (Note: This step appears identical to Step 13 in the source document.)

Step 15: Attach Side Tables and Control Panels

Remove 3 screws and washers from the GRILL BODY. Remove 1 screw from the RIGHT SIDE CONTROL PANEL. Attach the LEFT SIDE TABLE (part 19) and RIGHT SIDE TABLE (part 18) to the grill body. Do not fully tighten screws at this stage.

Step 16: Attach Control Panels

Loosen 4 screws on the LEFT SIDE CONTROL PANEL (part 21) and RIGHT SIDE CONTROL PANEL (part 14). Attach these control panels to the grill body, aligning their edges. Tighten the screws.

Step 17: Install Left Side Table

Loosen 4 screws on the GRILL BODY. Attach the LEFT SIDE TABLE (part 19) using keyholes. Do not tighten screws at this point.

Step 18: Secure Left Side Table

Install a screw (removed in Step 13) to secure the LEFT SIDE TABLE. Tighten the screw.

Step 19: Finalize Left Side Assembly

Install a screw and washer (removed in Step 15). Ensure panels are aligned. Tighten 5 screws in total: the 4 screws from Step 17 (for the LEFT SIDE TABLE) and the 1 screw from Step 18.

Step 20: Attach Right Side Table

Loosen 4 screws on the GRILL BODY. Attach the RIGHT SIDE TABLE (part 18) using keyholes. Do not tighten the 4 screws at this time.

Step 21: Secure Right Side Table

Install a screw (removed in Step 14) and tighten it to secure the RIGHT SIDE TABLE.

Step 22: Finalize Right Side Assembly

Install a screw and washer (removed in Step 15). Ensure panels are aligned. Tighten 5 screws in total: the 4 screws from Step 20 (for the RIGHT SIDE TABLE) and the 1 screw from Step 21.

Step 23: Install Screw

Install a screw (removed in Step 15) to complete the assembly of the side panels and tables.

Step 24: Install Side Burner Valve and Knob

Remove the WING NUT and burner. Install the SIDE BURNER VALVE into the control panel. Rotate the valve and tighten 2 screws to lock it in place. Ensure the BURNER VENTURI fits over the VALVE NOZZLE. Tighten the WING NUT. Install the SIDE BURNER KNOB (part 13) onto the valve stem.

Step 25: Attach Wire Clip

Attach the SIDE BURNER WIRE CLIP to the side burner assembly, connecting it to the SIDE BURNER VALVE.

Step 26: Attach Ignitor Wire

Attach the IGNITOR WIRE to the ELECTRODE on the side burner.

Step 27: Install Side Burner Grate

Install the SIDE BURNER GRATE (part 11) onto the side burner assembly.

Step 28: Attach Heat Shield

Loosen 2 screws. Attach the HEAT SHIELD (part 17) to the grill body. Tighten the screws to secure the heat shield.

Step 29: Install Grease Tray and Cup

Install the GREASE TRAY (part 23) and GREASE CUP (part 15) by sliding them into place from the back of the grill.

Step 30: Install Grates and Rack

Install the HEAT TENTS (part 12), COOKING GRATES, and WARMING RACK (part 16) into their designated positions within the grill body.
