Note: Most hardware is pre-attached. You may need to loosen some screws partially while others may need to be removed. Re-use removed screws. Extra screws are included in a small bag with the owner's manual.

Assembly Steps

Step 1a: Attach Brackets

Loosen screws on each BRACKET. Rotate all BRACKETS upward and lock into slot. Tighten screws.

Step 1b: Attach Front Panel

Loosen 6 screws 3-4 turns on FRONT LEGS (1 and 3). Do not remove screws. Attach FRONT PANEL (2) using keyholes. Tighten 6 screws. Ensure panels are aligned before tightening.

Step 2: Attach Right Side Panel

Loosen 3 screws. Attach RIGHT SIDE PANEL (4). Tighten 3 screws on RIGHT SIDE PANEL (4).

Step 3: Attach Left Side Panel

Loosen 2 screws. Attach LEFT SIDE PANEL (5). Tighten 2 screws on LEFT SIDE PANEL (5).

Step 4: Attach Cart Brace

Remove 6 screws (2 from each rear leg, 2 from front legs). Attach CART BRACE (6). Tighten two screws on CART BRACE (6).

Step 5: Attach Cart Base

Attach CART BASE (7). Ensure TANK BRACKETS are on the correct end. Tighten 4 screws (removed from Step 4).

Step 6: Attach Back Panel

Loosen 6 screws on REAR LEGS (8 and 10). Attach BACK PANEL (9). Tighten 4 screws. Remove 6 screws.

Step 7: Attach Cart Base to Rear Legs

Attach CART BASE (7) to rear legs. Tighten 4 screws (removed from Step 6).

Step 8: Attach Left Side Panel and Cart Brace

Attach LEFT SIDE PANEL (5) and CART BRACE (6). Tighten 4 screws.

Step 9: Attach Casters

Lock CASTERS (22). Attach CASTERS (22) to the legs.

Step 10: Set Cart Upright

Set the cart upright on the CASTERS.

Step 11a: Loosen Bottom Screws

Loosen 2 bottom screws on the CART BASE.

Step 11b: Install Bar

Install BAR (25). Tighten 2 screws.

Step 12: Prepare Grill Body Attachment

On the LEFT SIDE and RIGHT SIDE of the grill body area, loosen screws and remove 2 screws each.

Step 13: Mount Grill Body

Set GRILL BODY (20) onto the cart. Ensure screws drop into rear cart brackets. Align GRILL BODY (20) to the front of the cart.

Step 14: Secure Grill Body

Tighten 2 screws on the LEFT SIDE and 2 screws on the RIGHT SIDE to secure the GRILL BODY.

Step 15: Prepare Side Tables and Control Panels

Remove 3 screws and washers from the LEFT SIDE TABLE and RIGHT SIDE TABLE. Remove screw from the RIGHT SIDE CONTROL PANEL.

Step 16: Attach Side Control Panels

Loosen 4 screws. Attach the LEFT SIDE CONTROL PANEL and RIGHT SIDE CONTROL PANEL to their respective SIDE TABLES, aligning edges, and tighten screws.

Step 17: Attach Left Side Table

Loosen 4 screws. Attach LEFT SIDE TABLE (19) using keyholes. Do not tighten screws at this point.

Step 18: Install Screw

Install and tighten the screw that was removed in Step 12.

Step 19: Secure Left Side Assembly

Install screw and washer (removed in Step 15). Do not tighten screw yet. Make sure panels are aligned. Tighten 5 screws from Steps 17 through 19.

Step 20: Attach Right Side Table

Loosen 4 screws. Attach RIGHT SIDE TABLE (18) using keyholes. Do not tighten 4 screws at this time.

Step 21: Install Screw

Install and tighten the screw that was removed in Step 12.

Step 22: Secure Right Side Assembly

Install screw and washer (removed in Step 15). Do not tighten screw yet. Make sure panels are aligned and tighten 5 screws from Steps 20 through 22.

Step 23: Install Screw

Install the screw that was removed in Step 15.

Step 24a: Install Side Burner Valve

Remove WING NUT and burner. Install SIDE BURNER VALVE in the control panel. Slide valve downward and tighten 2 screws to lock into place. Install burner, ensuring BURNER VENTURI fits over VALVE NOZZLE. Tighten WING NUT.

Step 24b: Install Side Burner Knob

Install SIDE BURNER KNOB (13).

Step 25a: Attach Wire Clip

Attach WIRE CLIP to the side burner.

Step 26: Connect Ignitor Wire

Attach IGNITOR WIRE to the ELECTRODE.

Step 27: Install Side Burner Grate

Install SIDE BURNER GRATE (11).

Step 28: Attach Heat Shield

Loosen 2 screws. Attach HEAT SHIELD (17) and tighten screws.

Step 29: Install Grease Tray and Cup

Install GREASE TRAY (24) and GREASE CUP (15) through the back of the grill.

Step 30: Install Internal Components

Install HEAT TENTS (12), COOKING GRATES (23), and WARMING RACK (16).
