Product Introduction

The EcoFlow 4G Dongle is a smart communications expansion module designed to work with EcoFlow inverters. It enables wireless communication between the inverters and the EcoFlow Web portal via the 4G network.

System Overview:

The system connects a HYBRID INVERTER to the internet through the EcoFlow 4G Dongle, allowing communication with the EcoFlow APP and WEB PORTAL.

Product Installation

1. Install a nano SIM card:
   • Option A: Install the included data SIM card, which is prepaid through the App. This SIM card is exclusively for this 4G dongle.
   • Option B: Install a nano SIM card (size: 12 mm x 9 mm; capacity: ≥ 64 KB) prepared by yourself based on traffic requirements (monthly traffic: ≥1GB).
2. Install the dongle: Plug the dongle into the USB port (4G) of the inverter.
3. Activate your SIM card through the App: Refer to your SIM card information, set up the APN, and tap "Save" to activate the SIM card.

LED Indicator Status:

Ensure the inverter is powered on. Observe the LED indicator to check the operating status.

To ensure stable data transmission, EcoFlow suggests installing the 4G dongle in areas with stable mobile signal (2G signal ≥4 bars, 3G/4G signal ≥3 bars). For recommended carriers and supported frequencies, contact local distributors.

• Use only standard and compatible SIM cards. Incompatible cards may damage the device and data.
• Network access priority: Ethernet > Wi-Fi > 4G Dongle.
• Avoid using the product in environments with high temperature, high humidity, strong magnetic fields, or strong static electricity.
• Do not disassemble or pierce the product with sharp objects.
• Use only official EcoFlow components and accessories.
