Parts List

Step 1: Assemble Base Structure

Assemble parts 2A, C, and 2B into one piece. Repeat to create 15 such pieces. This forms the main horizontal and vertical supports of the coop.

Step 2: Install Bottom Frame

Connect the assembled 2A+C+2B pieces using connectors 1, E, and F to form the rectangular base and lower frame of the coop. Part 1 connects two tubes, E and F are T-junctions.

Step 3: Install Columns

Install vertical support tubes (part 3) into the designated connectors (E, F) on the bottom frame. These will form the upright posts of the coop.

Step 4: Install Beams

Attach beam parts D and H to the top of the vertical columns (part 3). These form the upper structural beams of the coop, including the sides and roof supports.

Step 5: Install Top Surface

Connect the roof support tubes (part 4) and connectors D and H to create the peaked roof structure. This involves connecting tubes at angles to form the roof shape.

Step 6: Assemble Door Frame

Assemble the door structure using parts D1, D2, D3, D4, D5, D6, D7, D8. Secure these parts using DP1 (Lock), DP2 (M8 screws), DP3 (Ø10x80 screws), and DP4 (M6 screws). This creates the main door panel.

Step 7: Attach Door to Frame

Attach the assembled door to the main coop frame. Use DP5 (M8x40 screws) and DP6 (U clips) to secure the door to the vertical supports of the coop frame.

Step 8: Install Top Mesh

Join the two pieces of mesh (part J) using PVC lashing rope (K) through pre-made holes. Secure the mesh to the frame using plastic cable ties (L). Cut off excess cable ties. If necessary, cut off excess mesh; any extra mesh can be buried in the soil.

Step 9: Install Front and Rear Mesh

Install the front and rear mesh pieces (part J). Interlace them with PVC lashing rope (K) and secure them to the frame. Cut out the mesh where the door frame is located and secure it to the door frame.

Step 10: Secure with Tarp and Tent Pegs

Lay the tarpaulin (M) over the top of the coop. Secure it using rubber cords (N). Finally, secure the entire chicken coop to the ground using tent pegs (O).
