Introduction
When the roller belt has snapped or your vacuum's roller brush is not spinning, you should look into replacing your roller belt.
Tools Required
- Metal Spudger (1)
- Phillips #1 Screwdriver (1)
Step 1: Battery Pack
Turn the device over to reveal the bottom of the motorized brush head.

Step 2
Slide the latch next to the panel upwards into the unlocked position.

Step 3
Slide the panel to the right to reveal the battery.

Step 4
Pull the battery from the vacuum.

Step 5
Disconnect the battery from the vacuum by pinching the white latch and pulling the two pieces apart.

Step 6: Roller Belt
Remove the eight 25.4 mm Phillips #1 screws holding the bottom panel to the vacuum.

Use the metal spudger to remove the plastic plug to reveal a 12.4 mm Phillips #1 screw and remove it.

Step 7
Remove the final 25.4 mm Phillips #1 screw inside the battery compartment.

Step 8
Remove the bottom panel from the vacuum by pressing to release the latches at the front and pulling the bottom panel away from the vacuum.

Step 9
Remove the 12.2 mm Phillips #1 screws holding the motor in place and remove the motor by pulling directly upwards.

Step 10
Remove the belt by sliding it off the end of the motor.

Reassembly
To reassemble your device, follow these instructions in reverse order.
