3. Quickly turn ON the remote. The top red LED light on the controller face will be flashing.

4. [Push] the throttle stick all the way up until it stops, then [pull] it back all the way down to the bottom. You should hear a high-pitched [beep] both ways. If the indicator lights on the drone and controller stop flashing and stay solid, you have successfully synced.

If you are not able to sync, repeat steps 1-4.

Special Notes During Flight

Flying Your ASC-2680

If you have successfully synced your ASC-2680, you are ready to fly. Familiarize yourself with starting/stopping rotors, auto-land, and control functions. As a beginner, learn in a large open field with zero or very light wind. Do not try to fly too high until you are experienced.

Recognizing The Front & Rear Of The ASC-2680

The front, or "forward" facing direction, is the side with the camera. The rear, or backward facing direction, is the side with a red light (see Diagram H).

Diagram H: Identifies the front of the drone as the side with the camera, and the rear as the side with the red light.

Starting & Stopping The Rotors

Ensure the ASC-2680 is synced (solid red light on controller and drone).

Auto Start / Auto Land

Press the AUTO START/LAND button (✈️) on the controller (see Diagram I). The ASC-2680 will begin taking off or landing.

Diagram I: Points to the AUTO START/LAND button on the controller.

NOTE: You can still control the drone's direction during auto ascent/landing to avoid obstacles.

Manual Start/Stop

Speed Select Button

The ASC-2680 has 4 speed settings: T (Training MODE), 1 (SLOW), 2 (MEDIUM), and 3 (HIGH). The default is 1 (SLOW). [Press] the speed setting button (⚡) to cycle through speeds. You will hear [beeps] indicating the current speed. Settings can be changed before or during flight.

T (Training) MODE

[Press] and [hold] the Speed Setting Button until a long [beep] is heard. The arm lights will start flashing slowly. T Mode operates at a very slow speed with minimum and maximum height limits to help beginners avoid crashes. To exit T Mode, short [press] the speed setting button again.

Advanced Flight Features

Range Warning

When the ASC-2680's altitude exceeds 50 feet, the remote emits 5 rapid beeps. Before signal loss, the remote emits a continuous rapid warning sound, and the drone's body flashes blue strobe lights. Fly the drone closer. If signal is lost, the drone enters a slow descent and lands automatically. Blue strobe lights flash until battery depletion or restart. This helps prevent damage and aids location.

Optical Flow

The ASC-2680's Optical Flow technology uses a downward-facing camera to analyze the ground image in real-time. Its control system algorithms keep the drone stationary, regardless of wind or drift factors. This feature is functional only at altitudes below 30 feet.

Flight Control

Familiarize yourself with basic flight inputs. Start in a large space with the drone facing away from you. Practice makes perfect!

Flight Practice

To master flying, practice exercises like vertical takeoffs, landings, and turns. Once mastered, move to square and cross patterns.

Adjusting The Trim

NOTE: The ASC-2680 is pre-trimmed and calibrated. Adjustments may be needed after crashes.

NOTE: A short "beep" indicates one trim position. A long beep indicates the center trim position. No beeps mean maximum trim. If the drone is still unstable, resync and recalibrate.

EMERGENCY STOP: [Press] the "speed setting button" and "stunt button" simultaneously to instantly stop the drone's blades. Use this anytime you lose control.

Calibrating The ASC-2680

NOTE: Your ASC-2680 comes pre-calibrated. Recalibration may be needed after crashes or sensor shocks.

1. Place the ASC-2680 on a very flat and level surface.

2. Ensure the ASC-2680 is turned on and the controller is synced (refer to syncing pg 4). Do not start the blades. Instead, [move] both the throttle and control stick down and to the right-hand bottom corner (see Diagram P).

Diagram P: Shows moving both the throttle and control sticks down and to the right bottom corner for calibration.

If successful, the lights on the drone will rapidly flash and then stop. Once the lights stop flashing, calibration is complete.

TROUBLESHOOTING:

If lights do not flash, remove the drone battery, turn off the controller, and start over. Always [insert] the battery before turning on the controller. [Push] the left throttle stick all the way up and then down. When you hear the [beep], the ASC-2680 is resynced and ready to calibrate.

How To Perform 360° Stunt Rolls

Performing 360° stunt rolls is easy:

1. Hover the ASC-2680 in a still position with at least 6 feet of clearance above and below. Set speed to mode 2 or 3 (stunts are not possible in T Mode or Speed 1).

2. First [press] the 360 stunt button (?) on the top right of the controller. You will enter "stunt roll mode", indicated by a rapid [beeping] sound (see Diagram Q).

Diagram Q: Highlights the 360° Stunt Rolls button on the controller, indicating a rapid beep when pressed.

3. Using the right control stick, [push] directly right for a "right side roll" or directly left for a "left side roll" (see Diagram R). Always use caution when performing stunts.

Diagram R: Shows using the right control stick to perform a right-side roll (push right) or a left-side roll (push left).

NOTE: To exit stunt roll mode without flipping, [press] the stunt button again; the [beeping] will stop.
