Safety Instructions
Read these instructions thoroughly before using the device. Keep this manual for future reference or new users.
General Safety Precautions:
- Always follow safety instructions when using the appliance.
- WARNING: Incorrect or improper use can be dangerous for the user and the appliance. Use only for purposes described in this manual.
- Handle blades with care, especially during cleaning and emptying the container.
- Always unplug the appliance when unattended, before assembly, disassembly, or cleaning.
- This appliance is not intended for use by children. Keep it and its power cable out of their reach.
- Persons with reduced physical, sensory, or mental capabilities, or lack of experience and knowledge, may use the appliance if supervised or instructed on safe use and potential hazards.
- Children must not play with the device.
- This device is designed for domestic use only and is not intended for commercial use (bars, restaurants, farms, hotels, motels, offices).
- The appliance is not designed to operate via timers or remote control systems.
- Do not use accessories not provided by Cecotec, as this may damage the product or cause injury.
- Cleaning and maintenance tasks must not be carried out by children.
- Do not process hot food or boiling liquids. Allow them to cool down before processing.
- Ensure mains voltage matches the rating label and the plug is earthed.
- Do not immerse the cable, plug, or any other part of the device in water or other liquids. Keep electrical connections dry. Ensure hands are dry before handling the plug or switching on.
- Unplug the appliance when not in use, before assembly/disassembly, and before cleaning.
- Regularly check the power cable for visible damage. If damaged, it must be repaired by official Cecotec Technical Support to avoid danger.
- Do not use outdoors, near electric/gas plates, open flames, or inside an oven.
- Do not twist, bend, pull, or damage the power cable. Protect it from sharp edges and heat sources. Keep the cable away from hot surfaces and worktop edges.
- Do not plug in until fully assembled. Ensure it is unplugged before disassembling or handling blades.
- Do not insert utensils into the product during operation to reduce the risk of splashing or injury. Handle with care.

Before Use
The device is packaged to protect it during transport. Remove from box and packaging materials. Keep original packaging for future transport or dispose of responsibly by recycling.
Ensure all parts and components are included and in good condition. Contact Cecotec Technical Support Service immediately if any are missing or damaged.
Clean components that contact food with water and a non-abrasive detergent before first use.
Assembly
Follow these steps for assembly, considering the food to be processed:
- Place the processing vessel onto the base, ensuring it fits into the grooves and is stable.
- Place the tool holder onto the motor shaft, ensuring it is fixed and rotates with the shaft.
- Attach your chosen blade or disc to the tool holder. Options include cutting blades, kneading blades, stirrers, or disc holders with various inserts.
- If using a blade, place the lid over the processing bowl. If necessary, push food into the recess to press it against the disc holder. The lid should fit securely and be stable.
Operation
The power selector has three modes/speeds:
- Speed 1: Generally powerful enough for most foods. Use at the start of processing.
- Speed 2: Use if food hardness or shape requires extra power.
- PULSE mode (P): Provides maximum power while active. Ideal for chopping or grinding hard ingredients requiring short, powerful bursts.
The processor is designed for shredding, chopping, squeezing, and kneading.
Cleaning and Maintenance
Cleaning:
- To clean blades, rinse the jug with water. Fill with 400 ml lukewarm water and a little detergent. Close lid and run in PULSE mode for 2 seconds at a time, repeating as needed.
- After cleaning, set selector to "0", switch off, and unplug.
- Clean with water only. Do not use abrasive or chemical cleaners.
- Never submerge the motor base or blade holder in water.
- Clean the motor base with a soft, dry cloth.
- Dishwasher-safe parts include: food pusher, processing vessel lid, tool holder, cutting blades unit, plastic kneading blade, blade support disc holder, fine shredding blade, thin cutting blade, french fries blade, and emulsifying disc.
Maintenance: If the product malfunctions, makes unusual noises, or vibrates excessively, stop use and contact Cecotec Technical Support. Do not attempt self-repair.
Storage: After cleaning, ensure the appliance is thoroughly dried before storing. Store in a dry, safe place, away from direct sunlight and out of reach of children.
Troubleshooting
Problem | Possible Causes | Possible Solution |

Food cannot be processed | Ingredients are too big. | Cut food into several pieces, not too small, to fit through the feed hole in the lid. |
