Machine Structure and Installation

Refrigerant

This air conditioner uses R32 refrigerant, which is a special, purified refrigerant. R32 is mildly flammable and odorless. While it can cause explosions under certain conditions, its flammability is very low and requires a direct flame to ignite. Compared to conventional refrigerants, R32 is environmentally friendly, does not harm the ozone layer, and has a lower impact on global warming. It also offers high energy efficiency, requiring less refrigerant charge.

Phenomenon Troubleshooting
Air conditioner does not work at all.
  • Is there a power failure?
  • Is the plug pulled out?
  • Is the power fuse or switch open?
  • Is the voltage too high or too low?
Poor cooling effect.
  • Are the air inlet or outlet blocked?
  • Is there another heat source in the room?
  • Is the air filter dirty?
  • Is the room fan speed set to low?
  • The room may be too hot when the unit starts up.
Foggy airflow is emitted.
  • During COOL mode operation, foggy airflow may be emitted from the unit. This is because the humid indoor air is rapidly cooled.
  • The unit is normal. If there is an odor from the indoor airflow, it is because the air intake may be mixed with furniture odors and smoke.
Air conditioner operates with loud noise.
  • For noises that sound like water flowing: This is the sound of refrigerant flowing inside the air conditioner unit.
  • For noises that sound like showering: This is the sound of water being processed for dehumidification inside the air conditioner unit.
Condensate seems to leak from the air conditioner. Condensation occurs when the airflow from the air conditioner cools the warm indoor air.
Air conditioner does not operate for about 3 minutes after restarting. This is the air conditioner's protection mechanism. Wait for about 3 minutes, and the operation will begin.
