Parts and Hardware

The following parts and hardware are included for assembly:

Assembly Instructions

Follow these steps carefully to assemble your HEMNES vanity unit. Ensure all parts are present before starting.

  1. Step 1: Insert dowels (101345) into the pre-drilled holes on the side panels.
  2. Step 2: Attach the base panel to the side panels using the dowels and cam locks (102533).
  3. Step 3: Secure the top panel to the side panels using dowels and cam locks.
  4. Step 4: Attach the wall mounting brackets (153646) to the back of the unit using screws (157907) and bracket accessories (153647).
  5. Step 5: Attach the drawer slide runners (146743 and 146744) to the inner sides of the vanity unit frame using screws (117186). Ensure they are oriented correctly.
  6. Step 6: Assemble the main frame by connecting the base, sides, and top panels.
  7. Step 7: Insert dowels (101345) into the base of the unit where the vertical supports will attach.
  8. Step 8: Attach the first set of vertical supports to the base using the inserted dowels and screws (118331).
  9. Step 9: Attach the second set of vertical supports to the base.
  10. Step 10: Secure the vertical supports to the frame using screws (101345) and cam locks (102533).
  11. Step 11: Insert cam locks (102533) into their corresponding holes.
  12. Step 12: Place the top surface onto the assembled frame, aligning dowels and holes.
  13. Step 13: Secure the top surface by tightening the cam locks (102533) with a screwdriver.
  14. Step 14: Screw the adjustable feet (157966) into the bottom of the unit. Adjust them to level the unit on your floor.
  15. Step 15: Position the unit and secure it to the wall using the provided wall attachment hardware. Ensure the unit is stable and level.
  16. Step 16: Assemble the drawer boxes. Attach drawer sides to the drawer front and back panels using screws (109540) and dowels (101345).
  17. Step 17: Insert drawer bases into the grooves of the assembled drawer sides.
  18. Step 18: Attach drawer front panels to the assembled drawer boxes using screws (157674) and cam locks (105811).
  19. Step 19: Attach the drawer knobs (124210) to the drawer fronts using screws (102553).
  20. Step 20: Assemble the second drawer box following steps 16-19.
  21. Step 21: Secure the drawer sides to the drawer base and back panel using cam locks (110630).
  22. Step 22: Attach the drawer back panel to the drawer sides.
  23. Step 23: Assemble the drawer box structure.
  24. Step 24: Attach the drawer slide runners (146743/146744) to the sides of the assembled drawer boxes using screws (117186).
  25. Step 25: Secure the drawer slide runners with appropriate fasteners.
  26. Step 26: Attach the drawer front panel to the assembled drawer box.
  27. Step 27: Attach drawer knobs (124210) to the drawer fronts using screws (100414).
  28. Step 28: Assemble the drawer box structure.
  29. Step 29: Attach drawer front connectors.
  30. Step 30: Assemble drawer sides and base.
  31. Step 31: Secure drawer sides with cam locks (110630).
  32. Step 32: Attach drawer back panel.
  33. Step 33: Assemble drawer box.
  34. Step 34: Attach drawer runners to drawer box.
  35. Step 35: Secure drawer runners.
  36. Step 36: Attach drawer front.
  37. Step 37: Attach drawer knobs (124210) and secure drawer.
  38. Step 38: Assemble drawer sides and base.
  39. Step 39: Attach drawer front connectors.
  40. Step 40: Slide the assembled drawer runners into the corresponding tracks on the vanity unit frame.
  41. Step 41: Carefully insert the assembled drawers into the unit.
  42. Step 42: Ensure drawers slide smoothly. Make any necessary adjustments to the drawer slides for proper alignment and operation.
