Assembly Instructions

This document provides step-by-step instructions for assembling the HEMNES furniture. Please ensure you have all parts and tools before beginning.

  • 18x Wooden dowel (Part 101350)

Step 3: Attach cam lock screws (118331) to the side panels. Insert wooden dowels (101350) into the corresponding holes.

Step 4: Attach corner brackets (153646) to the base panel using screws (117186). Insert cam lock screws (117186) into the base panel.

Step 5: Attach drawer slides (146743, 146744) to the side panels using screws (117186, 146744).

Step 6: Connect the side panels to the base panel using cam locks (102533) and cam lock screws (118331).

Step 7: Insert wooden dowels (101350) into the vertical support pieces.

Step 8: Attach vertical support pieces to the base assembly using wooden dowels (101350).

Step 9: Continue attaching vertical support pieces using wooden dowels (101350).

Step 10: Insert wooden dowels (101350) into the top panel.

Step 11: Attach the top panel to the assembled frame using cam locks (102533) and screws (101345).

Step 12: Slide the top panel into place and secure it with cam lock screws (101350).

Step 13: Secure the top panel further using cam locks (102533).

Step 14: Attach the top surface using screws (157966).

Step 15: Assemble the drawer boxes. Attach drawer sides to the drawer front and back panels using screws.

Step 16: Insert screws (157674) into the drawer components.

Step 17: Attach wall brackets (153647) to the main unit. Adjust the leveling feet (2x) at the bottom of the unit.

Step 18: Assemble drawer bases using cam lock screws (1118331) and cam locks (102553).

Step 19: Attach a bracket (102553) to the drawer base using a screw (105811).

Step 20: Attach side panels to the drawer base using wooden dowels (101345).

Step 21: Secure the drawer assembly using cam locks (110630).

Step 22: Attach the drawer back panel using brackets and screws.

Step 23: Insert wooden dowels (101345) into the drawer front panel.

Step 24: Secure the drawer assembly using cam locks (110630).

Step 25: Attach a bracket (102553) to the drawer assembly using a screw (105811).

Step 26: Attach the drawer side panel using screws (105811).

Step 27: Attach drawer knobs (105811) and secure with screws (157674).

Step 28: Assemble drawer bases using cam lock screws (1118331) and cam locks (102553).

Step 29: Attach a bracket (102553) to the drawer base using a screw (105811).

Step 30: Attach side panels to the drawer base using wooden dowels (101345).

Step 31: Secure the drawer assembly using cam locks (110630).

Step 32: Attach the drawer back panel using brackets and screws.

Step 33: Insert wooden dowels (101345) into the drawer front panel.

Step 34: Secure the drawer assembly using cam locks (110630).

Step 35: Attach a bracket (102553) to the drawer assembly using a screw (105811).

Step 36: Attach the drawer side panel using screws (105811).

Step 37: Attach drawer knobs (109540) and secure with screws (124210).

Step 38: Attach drawer sides to the drawer front and back panels using screws (109540).

Step 39: Insert the drawer bottom into the assembled drawer frame and secure with screws (109540).

Step 40: Slide the assembled drawer slides into the main unit.

Step 41: Insert the drawers into the unit, aligning the slides and securing with screws (146744).

Step 42: Insert the drawers fully into the unit. Ensure they click into place. Adjust drawer height using the wheels if necessary.
