Assembly Steps
Step 1: Attach Bracket to Frame
Take one frame side rail. Attach a lifting mechanism bracket (131189) to the designated holes using one screw (109594). Ensure the bracket is oriented correctly as shown in the diagram. [Diagram shows a hand screwing a bracket onto a frame rail with a screw.]
Step 2: Attach Plastic Fitting to Frame
Attach a plastic fitting to the frame side rail using the Allen key (100006) and one screw (100229). The diagram indicates correct placement and orientation. [Diagram shows a hand using an Allen key to screw a fitting onto a frame rail. Crossed-out images show incorrect placement.]
Step 3: Attach Another Plastic Fitting
Attach another plastic fitting to the same frame side rail using one screw (100229). Ensure correct alignment. [Diagram shows a hand screwing a fitting onto a frame rail. Crossed-out images show incorrect placement.]
Step 4: Insert Curved Slats (Part 1)
Insert six (6x) curved slats into the plastic fittings on the frame side rail. Push them firmly into place. [Diagram shows curved slats being inserted into fittings.]
Step 5: Attach Second Bracket
Attach a lifting mechanism bracket (131190) to the other end of the same frame side rail using one screw (100006) and one nut (100718). [Diagram shows a hand screwing a bracket onto a frame rail with a screw and nut.]
Step 6: Attach Fittings to Second Frame Rail
Take the second frame side rail. Attach plastic fittings using screws (100229) as shown in the diagrams. [Diagram shows hands screwing fittings onto the second frame rail.]
Step 7: Insert Curved Slats (Part 2)
Insert twelve (12x) curved slats and six (6x) curved slats into the plastic fittings on the second frame side rail. [Diagram shows curved slats being inserted into fittings.]
Step 8: Attach Central Support Bar
Attach the central support bar (124138) to the frame structure using three (3x) screws (100229). [Diagram shows the support bar being screwed into the frame.]
Step 9: Attach Lifting Mechanism (Part 1)
Attach the lifting mechanism assembly (131188) to the frame side rails. Use two (2x) screws (114559) and the corresponding washers (108383, 100718, 121786) for each side. [Diagram shows a hand screwing the lifting mechanism to the frame with screws and washers.]
Step 10: Insert Elastic Straps
Insert the elastic straps (139221) into the designated slots on the plastic fittings. Ensure they are securely seated. [Diagram shows elastic straps being pushed into fittings.]
Step 11: Insert Remaining Slats
Insert the remaining six (6x) curved slats and the straight slats (1x, 1x, 2x) into their respective fittings on both frame rails. [Diagram shows slats being inserted into fittings.]
Step 12: Attach Lifting Mechanism (Part 2)
Connect the other end of the lifting mechanism assembly (131188) to the frame. Use two (2x) screws (100823) and the Allen key (109049) for each connection. [Diagram shows a hand using an Allen key to screw the lifting mechanism to the frame.]
Step 13: Connect Mechanism Brackets
Attach the lifting mechanism brackets (131188) to the main frame structure. Ensure they are correctly aligned. [Diagram shows mechanism brackets being attached to the frame.]
Step 14: Secure Lifting Mechanism Arms
Connect the arms of the lifting mechanism to the frame. Listen for a 'Click!' sound to confirm a secure connection. [Diagram shows the lifting mechanism arms being connected, with a 'Click!' indicator.]
Step 15: Final Mechanism Check
Perform a final check on the lifting mechanism connections. Use two (2x) screws (100823) and the Allen key (109049) if any adjustments are needed. [Diagram shows a hand using an Allen key to tighten screws on the mechanism.]
