Assembly Steps

Step 1

Attach bracket (131189) to the frame using screw (109594). Ensure correct orientation; do not attach as shown in the incorrect diagram (❌).

Step 2

Attach the adjustable mechanism (131188) to the frame using screws (100229) and Allen key (100006). Ensure correct orientation; do not attach as shown in the incorrect diagram (❌).

Step 3

Attach a frame rail with connectors to the main frame using screws (100229). Ensure correct orientation; do not attach as shown in the incorrect diagram (❌).

Step 4

Insert curved slats (6x) and (4x) into the frame rail connectors. Ensure correct placement; do not place as shown in the incorrect diagram (❌).

Step 5

Place the slatted base assembly onto the main frame. Ensure correct alignment; do not place as shown in the incorrect diagram (❌).

Step 6

Attach bracket (131190) to the frame using screw (100006).

Step 7

Attach bracket (131190) to the frame using screw (109594) and nut (100718).

Step 8

Attach the other end of the adjustable mechanism (131188) to the frame using screws (100229). Ensure correct orientation; do not attach as shown in the incorrect diagram (❌).

Step 9

Insert the remaining curved slats into the frame rail connectors.

Step 10

Secure the inserted slats by fastening screws (100229) into the frame rails. Ensure correct orientation; do not attach as shown in the incorrect diagram (❌).

Step 11

Connect the adjustable mechanism's rod to the frame using bolts (114559) and nuts (100718, 108383). Ensure correct orientation; do not attach as shown in the incorrect diagram (❌).

Step 12

Insert the remaining curved slats (18x) into the frame rail connectors.

Step 13

Check the placement of all slats. Ensure correct seating; do not place as shown in the incorrect diagram (❌).

Step 14

Attach the adjustable mechanism to the frame using screws (100229).

Step 15

Attach the adjustable mechanism's support arms to the frame using screws (100823).

Step 16

Secure the adjustable mechanism's support arms using screws (100823) and Allen key (109049). Ensure correct attachment; do not attach as shown in the incorrect diagram (❌).

Step 17

Connect the adjustable mechanism arms to the frame using screws (100006) and component (131188).

Step 18

Connect the adjustable mechanism arms to the frame. Listen for a "Click!" sound [click] to confirm proper connection.

Step 19

Secure the adjustable mechanism arms to the frame using screws (100823) and Allen key (109049).

Step 20

Attach the support bar (124138) and the adjustable mechanism. Listen for a "Click!" sound [click] to confirm proper connection.
