Operational Guidance
Charge the tablet
Please use a 5V/2A charger to charge the tablet.

Description
A diagram illustrates the different parts of the tablet:
- Front view: Shows the camera at the top center.
- Side view: Indicates buttons for Reset, Volume Down, Volume Up, and Power. Also shows a headphone jack.
- Rear view: Displays the rear camera, flash, and speaker grills.
- Another side view: Shows the SIM card tray and Micro SD card slot.
- Bottom view: Shows speaker grills.
Power on and boot into Android
Upon powering on the device, you will be greeted with a welcome screen. You can select your preferred language and vision settings.
Choose your language
The device prompts you to select your preferred language from a list, including Afrikaans, Azerbaijani, Bosnian, Catalan, Czech, Danish, and Deutsch.
Quickly enter the Home Screen (skip settings)
Connect to Wi-Fi: Select your Wi-Fi network from the available list and enter the password. You can also choose to set up offline.
Date & time: Adjust the date and time as needed. The default is set to London time.
Google services: Review and configure Google services such as Location and Wi-Fi scanning. You can choose to send usage and diagnostic data. By tapping 'Accept', you agree to the Google Terms of Service and confirm your selections for Google services settings.
Setting the Display Language and Input Method
- On your Android device, tap Settings.
- Tap System → Languages & input → Languages.
- Tap 'Add a language' and choose the language you want to use.
- Drag your language to the top of the list to set it as the primary display language.
The screen shows a list of languages, with 'English (United States)' as the primary language and 'Deutsch (Deutschland)' as the second.
Micro SD Card Tray Installation
A step-by-step visual guide demonstrates the installation of a Micro SD card:
- Place the Micro SD card with the metal contacts facing down and the tablet screen facing up. Align the card with the slot and gently press it from left to right to secure it.
- Use your fingernail to press slightly firmly along the edge of the Micro SD card to eject it.
- After the Micro SD card is ejected, it can be pulled out along the edge.
Connection with PC
USB Connect
Use a USB cable to connect the device to a PC. A USB connection window will appear on the device. Click 'Turn on USB storage' to connect to the PC.
The 'USB Preferences' screen allows you to select the USB connection mode. Options include 'File Transfer', 'USB tethering', 'MIDI', 'PTP', and 'No data transfer'. 'File Transfer' is selected.
In the load mode, you can copy and delete files on the device and the memory card.
OTG Use
- Supports FAT32 format mobile memory devices, such as USB disks.
- It is a plug-and-play feature.
- Use an OTG cable to connect the MID USB OTG PORT with other devices.
Troubleshooting
Q1. The tablet doesn't power on.
- Reboot your tablet after charging for 30 minutes.
- Press the power button to check if the tablet is in Sleep Mode.
- Press and hold the power button for 5 seconds to turn off the tablet, then reboot it.
- Press the Reset button with a pin to reboot the tablet.
Q2. The tablet doesn't charge.
- Make sure the USB cable is properly plugged into the charging port.
- Try another compatible USB cable and adapter.
Q3. Error message occurs during the operation.
- Uninstall the app with the error message, then download and install it again.
- Press the Reset button with a pin to reboot the tablet.
Q4. The tablet cannot be detected by the computer.
- Make sure the tablet is powered on.
- Try another USB cable.
- Try another USB port on the computer.
- When connecting the tablet to the computer, instead of 'Charge this device', choose 'Transfer files' or 'Transfer photos (PTP)'.
Q5. The tablet cannot connect to the Wi-Fi.
- Make sure the Wi-Fi on your tablet is turned ON.
- Make sure you input the correct password when connecting to the Wi-Fi.
- Restart the router.
- Make sure there are no filter settings or device connection limitations in the router's settings.
- Forget the current Wi-Fi connection, reset the router, and connect to the Wi-Fi again.
Q6. The storage space of the tablet is not enough.
- Delete apps you don't use.
- Clear the cache of apps regularly.
- Install a Micro SD card to expand the storage.
