Product Overview

The Yealink CPW90 is a wireless microphone designed for use with video conferencing systems. It features a sleek, square design with a speaker grille pattern and a mute button symbol (microphone with a diagonal line through it) on the top surface.

Quick Start Guide

Component Instruction

The CPW90 Wireless Microphone features:

Battery Indicator: An LED that shows battery status.
Built-in Microphone: For audio capture.
Mute Button: A button with a microphone symbol (?) to mute/unmute.
Charging Slot: A dedicated slot on the charging cradle for the microphones.

Charging the Wireless Microphones

Place the wireless microphones on the charging cradle.
Connect the charging cradle to the power source using the Micro USB Cable and Power Adapter.

During charging, the battery indicator glows red. When fully charged (100% capacity), the battery indicator glows green.

When charging, the wireless microphones will start automatically. To turn them on manually, long tap the mute button on the wireless microphone for 3 seconds.

Note:

For first-time use, fully charge the wireless microphones.
Even when fully charged, it is recommended to charge the microphones if not in use.
To turn off the wireless microphone, long tap the mute button for 15 seconds.

Working with Video Conferencing System

Pairing with the Video Conferencing System

If the video conferencing system and wireless microphones are purchased together, they are pre-paired. Simply turn them on to use. Ensure a DD10 USB dongle is connected before use.

If wireless microphones are purchased separately, manual pairing with the video conferencing system is required:

Procedure:

On the remote control, navigate to More → Setting → Video & Audio → Wireless Microphone.
Select Add Wireless Microphone.
Place the wireless microphones on the charger and long press the mute button for 5 seconds until the mute LED indicator fast flashes yellow. The wireless microphones are then paired with the video conferencing system.

Unbinding the Paired Wireless Microphones

To pair new wireless microphones, old ones must be unbound.

Procedure:

On the remote control, navigate to More → Setting → Video & Audio → Wireless Microphone.
Select the desired wireless microphone and press the OK key.
Select Unbind.
