2 - Characteristics
Camera Overview
The camera features a microphone, status LED, and IR LED on the front. The rear includes a reset button and speaker.
Status Light
- Blinking red light: Waiting for network connection.
- Solid blue light: Camera is working correctly.
- Solid red light: Network malfunction.
Microphone
Captures ambient sound for your video.
Reset
Press and hold for 5 seconds to reset the camera to factory defaults. Note: SD card is not supported.
3 - Installation
3.1 - Positioning
The camera has an integrated bracket. Use the 3 provided screws to fix it. The camera can be adjusted on three axes: 0°-360° horizontal, 0°-90° vertical, and 0°-360° rotational adjustments. Tighten screws after adjusting the desired view. Installation is complete.
Ceiling Mount

Wall Mounting
- Fix the camera to the wall with screws.
- Adjust the camera angle for the desired view. Lock the screw after adjustment.
Installation Note: To prevent overexposed images, avoid installing the camera under backlight or excessive light conditions.
4 - Configuration
4.1 - Power Up the Camera
- Connect the power cable to the camera's bipolar connector.
- Connect the power supply to a wall socket.
- Wait for the status LED to flash. You will hear spoken feedback: 'Camera ON' and then 'Camera setup'.
4.2 - Adding a Camera
Addition via QR Code
Use the camera to scan the QR code displayed on the NVR monitor. Follow on-screen instructions to complete installation and connection to your recorder. For easier operation, stay close to the NVR recorder. The NVR must be connected to the router via a network cable.
Scan the QR code: Click the QR code on the NVR monitor, point the camera at the monitor from 15-20 cm distance to scan. A tone will be emitted after a few seconds. Wait for connection to complete; the device will be added successfully.
Note: If connection fails, reset the camera using the RESET button and repeat the procedure.

Wi-Fi Camera Operation Disclaimer
The Wi-Fi camera allows viewing on smartphones/tablets when paired with NVR 46NVR.04CW via the Vimar VIEW Product app. Requires a home Wi-Fi network with Internet access (IEEE 802.11 b/g/n, WEP/WPA/WPA2, TKIP/AES). Hidden networks are not supported. Customer is responsible for internet connection, ISP agreement, and data usage. Interaction may depend on smartphone/tablet type, Wi-Fi signal quality, and internet/data contracts. P2P connection is supported; check ISP for blocks. Vimar is not liable for malfunctions due to non-compliance with minimum technical specifications. Refer to faidate.vimar.com for support.
WEEE - Information for Users
The crossed-out bin symbol indicates the product must be sent to separate collection facilities for recycling, following EU WEEE Directive. This prevents negative environmental and health effects. Check local regulations for correct disposal.
