Muse M-01 RS Pocket Radio - User Instructions
Product Description
The Muse M-01 RS is a pocket-sized radio. The device features:
- (1) Telescopic antenna
- (2) VOLUME/ON/OFF rotary knob
- (3) TUNING knob
- (4) MW/FM selector switch
- (5) Headphone jack
Power Supply
- Slide the battery compartment cover in the direction indicated by the arrow to remove it.
- Insert 2 batteries of type UM4 / AAA / R03 (not supplied) into the compartment.
- Replace the cover.
Turning the Device On/Off
- Turn the VOLUME knob upwards (towards the ON indication) to switch on the device. A slight click will be heard.
- Turn the VOLUME knob downwards (towards the OFF indication) to switch off the device. Turn until a slight click is heard.
Radio Operation
- Turn on the radio by rotating the VOLUME knob.
- Use the MW/FM selector to choose the desired band.
- Use the TUNING knob to set the desired frequency.
- Adjust the volume using the VOLUME knob.
To improve radio reception:
- FM: Extend the telescopic antenna.
- MW: Orient the device horizontally until optimal reception is achieved.
Using Headphones
Connect headphones (not supplied) to the headphone jack on the device.
Caution: To prevent possible hearing damage, do not listen to the radio at high volume for extended periods.
Additional Information & Recommendations
- For safety reasons, only a qualified technician should open the device.
- Protect the device from moisture and do not expose it to high temperatures.
- Remove batteries if the device will not be used for more than one month.
- To avoid any risk of injury, respect battery polarity and do not use other types of batteries than specified.
Maintenance
Clean the device with a soft cloth or a damp chamois leather.
Never use solvents.

- BATTERIES SHALL NOT BE EXPOSED TO EXCESSIVE HEAT SUCH AS SUNSHINE, FIRE OR THE LIKE.
