Warranty Information
- Within 18 months of purchase date, repair is guaranteed for failure due to electrical circuit problems. Other damages, such as disassembly, hard impacts, submersion into water, plugging into improper current or voltage, and damage caused by natural disasters such as fire, flood, or earthquake are not included.
- Consumable parts (such as foot pads) and spare parts replacement are not included in our warranty.
Selection of Working Mode and Charging Indication
The keyboard offers three working modes: Wired USB, 2.4G, and Bluetooth.
- Wired USB Mode: Set the toggle switch to OFF, connect the Type-C USB cable to the keyboard and computer. The keyboard charges while working. The indicator LED will be normally red while charging and normally white when fully charged.
- 2.4G Mode: Set the toggle switch to 2.4G. The indicator LED will slowly flash green. Insert the receiver into a USB port on the computer. The indicator LED will be normally green when reconnected. To pair, press and hold FN+4 for 3 seconds; the indicator LED will flash green quickly. If the receiver is reinserted or replaced and pairing is successful, the LED will be normally green. While charging via USB cable, the keyboard operates in 2.4G mode, and the LED will be red while charging, turning green when fully charged.
- Bluetooth Mode: Set the toggle switch to BT. Hold FN+1/2/3 for 3 seconds to enter pairing mode for Bluetooth channel 1, 2, or 3. The indicator LED will flash rapidly blue/cyan/purple. The keyboard will broadcast as BT3.0 KEYBOARD or BT5.0 KEYBOARD devices. Pair with your device. When paired, the LED will be normally blue/cyan/purple. While charging via USB cable, the keyboard operates in Bluetooth mode, and the LED will be red while charging, turning blue/cyan/purple when fully charged.
- Power-off and Charging Mode: Set the toggle switch to OFF. When not connected via USB, the keyboard is in power-off mode. Connect the Type-C USB cable to the keyboard and a charging adapter for charging.
Switching of Backlight Effect and Customization
- Use FN+INS to cycle through 12 backlight effects.
- Use FN+DEL to cycle through backlight colors.
- Use FN+PRTSC to customize backlight effects:
- The LED under the default W/A/S/D/ESC/4 direction keys is red.
- Press FN+PRTSC; the CAPS indicator light flashes. Press the key you want to define to select its normal color (LEDs will light up sequentially in red → green → blue → yellow → purple → cyan → white → off).
- Press FN+PRTSC again to save the color. The backlight will run in the customized mode. Redefine other keys as needed.
- To exit customization mode, press FN+INS.
- Side light effect: Cycle through FN+PAUSE for flowing light, neon, normally red, normally orange, normally yellow, normally green, normally cyan, normally blue, normally purple, colorful breathing, and OFF.
Low Battery Indication / Charging / Working Current / Power Query
- Low Battery Indication: In 2.4G or BT mode, the indicator LED will flash slowly red when the battery is low.
- Charging: The keyboard supports charging via mobile power supply, external power adapter, or computer USB port. Refer to "Selection of Working Modes and Charging Indication" for status.
- Warning: Use only external power adapters or mobile power supplies with 5V-2A or 5V-1A output. Using other ranges may cause damage. It is suggested to use a valid USB port on the computer for charging.
- Working Current:
- Wired USB (battery fully charged): <280mA
- Wired USB (charging battery): <780mA
- 2.4G or Bluetooth mode: <280mA
- Power Query: Hold FN+ENG to turn off the current backlight effect. The LED under numbers 1/2/3 will display red when the battery is low, and green according to battery level when not low. (Note: This is for reference only).
Automatic Hibernation / Wake-up / Manual Power-off Functions
- In 2.4G or BT mode, the keyboard enters a power-saving state (backlight off) after 3 minutes of inactivity.
- Press any key to wake up the keyboard.
- To conserve power for long periods or when transporting, turn the power switch at the bottom to OFF.
Functional Description of Other Keys
For WIN System:
- FN+WIN: Locks/unlocks the WIN key and Menu key to prevent accidental triggering.
- FN+F1: Decrease screen brightness
- FN+F2: Increase screen brightness
- FN+F3: Display multi-task window (Alt+Tab)
- FN+F4: Desktop (Win+D)
- FN+F5: Return
- FN+F6: Search
- FN+F7: Previous title
- FN+F8: Play/pause
- FN+F9: Next title
- FN+F10: Mute
- FN+F11: Decrease volume
- FN+F12: Increase volume
For MAC System:
- F1: Decrease screen brightness / FN+F1=F1
- F2: Increase screen brightness / FN+F2=F2
- F3: Display multi-task window / FN+F3=F3
- F4: Call out Siri / FN+F4=F4
- F5: App exposé function / FN+F5=F5
- F6: Search / FN+F6=F6
- F7: Previous title / FN+F7=F7
- F8: Pause / FN+F8=F8
- F9: Next title / FN+F9=F9
- F10: Mute / FN+F10=F10
- F11: Decrease volume / FN+F11=F11
- F12: Increase volume / FN+F12=F12
Description of Indicator Light Status (3 LEDs on the upper right corner)
- Indicates working mode (USB wired, 2.4G, Bluetooth) and low battery/charging status.
- CAPS ON: Blue or red light normally on (optional).
- WIN key locked: Red light normally on (invalid in MAC mode).
Macro Recording / Playing / Clearing
I. Macro Recording
- Click and select an M key (M1/M2/M3/M4). The white LED under the key turns ON.
- Click the MR key. The red LED under the key turns ON.
- Click a G key (G1/G2/G3/G4/G5). The red LED under the corresponding key flashes.
- Press other keys to record the macro sequence.
- Click MR key again to complete recording. The G key will be normally ON in green.
II. Macro Playing
- Click and select an M key, then click a G key to play the macro.
III. Macro Clearing (Clear a single macro)
- Click and select an M key (M1/M2/M3/M4).
- Click the MR key.
- Click the corresponding G key twice (G1/G2/G3/G4). The green light under the key turns OFF.
Restore to Factory Setting
Press FN+ESC for 3 seconds to restore the default light effect and clear all macros.
FAQ
- Keyboard not responding: Check if the USB cable is correctly inserted into the computer's USB port, or try a different USB port.
- Liquid spill: Immediately unplug the USB cable. Wipe off excess liquid and place the keyboard in a dry, ventilated area. Ensure it is completely dry before next use.
Battery Safety Guidelines
- Do not replace the battery with a different model.
- Do not use the product if the battery shows signs of damage (tearing, deformation, leakage, smell of electrolytic material).
- Avoid contact with leaking battery material; seek immediate medical attention if contact occurs with skin or eyes.
- Do not expose the battery to liquid, heat sources, external electricity, or other non-standard conditions.
- Do not remove the battery except for proper disposal according to local laws.
- Do not impact, bend, alter, disassemble, or damage the battery, as its contents are volatile and hazardous.
