3. Operating Steps

1. Clean the device thoroughly before using for the first time. Ensure the device is disconnected from the power socket and has cooled down before cleaning.
2. Pour hot water into the water pan to quickly raise the temperature.
3. Connect the device to a power socket.
4. Adjust the temperature using the temperature button (range: 86°F-197.6°F). During the heating process, the red indicator light will be illuminated. The light turns off once the set temperature has been reached. If the temperature in the water container drops by approximately 59°F, the indicator lamp will come back on, and the water will be heated back up to the set temperature.
5. Place the food pan(s) containing cooked food into the water container.

4. Cleaning Steps

1. Before cleaning, ensure the device is disconnected from the power socket (pull the power plug) and has cooled down.
2. Do not use any acid agents, and ensure no water enters the device.
3. Wipe thoroughly with a mild cleaning agent and a soft, dry cloth.
4. After cleaning, wipe the device dry.

CAUTION! Never use the appliance without water.

• This chafing dish is intended only for keeping food warm.
• Do not use this appliance for:

  • Filling or heating inflammable, noxious, volatilizing, or similar fluids or materials.

CAUTION! Hot surface. Risk of burns! Some components, such as the lid, become very hot during operation. To avoid injury, do not touch these surfaces with bare hands.

Warning! Hot steam may escape when serving food; be very careful when removing the lid.

6. Discarding and Environment

When decommissioning the appliance, it must not be disposed of with other household waste. It is your responsibility to dispose of your waste equipment by handing it over to a designated collection point. Failure to follow this rule may result in penalties according to applicable waste disposal regulations.
