How to Use
- Remove the kettle from the power base.
- Open the lid until it stands vertically. DO NOT TWIST THE LID BACKWARDS!
- Fill the kettle with water through the spout or neck with the lid open.
- Attention / Danger: Do not fill with less than 0.5L of water (less than the 'MIN' marking) to prevent dry boiling, and more than 1.2L (up to the 'MAX' marking) to avoid overfilling and spilling water during boiling, which can cause burns.
- Close the lid.
- After filling with water, place the kettle on the base.
- Plug the power cord into the socket.
- Plug the plug into the power supply and press the switch. The appliance will start working and the indicator light will turn on.
- When the water starts to boil, the kettle will automatically switch off and the indicator light will go out. This appliance has a safety system that automatically switches off the heating elements if the appliance was accidentally switched on when empty, or if it operates dry. In this case, let the appliance cool down for 10 minutes before refilling it with water.
- The kettle can be switched on again after cooling for 15-20 seconds after automatic shut-off.
- Never attempt to boil water with the lid open.
- Do not leave water standing in the kettle. Discard unused water.
- If the kettle is switched on without water, it will automatically switch off (the blue indicator light will go out, but the switch will NOT pop back). Slide the switch down to the fully off position.
- If you remove the kettle during heating – before automatic shut-off – the blue indicator light will go out, but the switch will remain in the ON position. If you place the kettle back on the power base, the light will turn on again, indicating that heating is continuing. You can always slide the switch down to the fully off position.

Important Notes
The stainless steel lid of the heating element at the bottom may slightly change color over time due to the high heat. If your water has a high iron content, brown stains may appear on the stainless steel element (known as "heater scale"). These stains can be wiped off with a cloth and a mild abrasive. Rinse the kettle thoroughly with fresh water.
Descaling
Hard water can leave calcium stains inside the kettle. Use a commercial descaling agent and follow the instructions provided with the agent. Ensure the kettle is cold.
