Assembly Instructions

Step One: Frame Assembly Base

Attach the Bottom Horizontal Bar (D) to the Left Vertical Bar (B) and Right Vertical Bar (C) using three 3/8"-16 x 1" bolts, three 3/8" flat washers, and three 3/8" nuts for each connection. This forms a U-shape.

Visual Description: Shows the bottom horizontal bar connecting to the lower ends of the two vertical bars, forming a base structure. Fasteners are depicted.

Step Two: Attaching Feet

Attach one Foot (A) to the bottom of the Left Vertical Bar (B) using three 3/8"-16 x 1" bolts, three 3/8" flat washers, and three 3/8" nuts. Ensure the angle of the foot is oriented correctly.

Visual Description: Shows one of the long, angled feet being attached to the base of a vertical bar. Fasteners are shown.

Step Three: Attaching Second Foot

Attach the second Foot (A) to the bottom of the Right Vertical Bar (C) using three 3/8"-16 x 1" bolts, three 3/8" flat washers, and three 3/8" nuts. The stand now has two feet.

Visual Description: Shows the second long, angled foot being attached to the base of the other vertical bar, completing the base structure with two feet.

Step Four: Adding Support Bars

Attach the two Support Bars (E) between the two Feet (A). Use three 3/8"-16 x 1" bolts and three 3/8" flat washers for each connection point (total of six bolts and six washers). These bars provide stability.

Visual Description: Shows the two shorter, cylindrical support bars being attached horizontally between the two feet of the stand.

Step Five: Assembling Horizontal Mount

Assemble the horizontal mount components. This involves attaching the Pipe Holder (L), Plate (I), and 90 Degree Bracket (J) to the horizontal bar assembly (not explicitly labeled but implied by the diagram). The hardware required includes three ½-13 x 1¼" Bolts, six ½" Washers, three ½" Lockwashers, and three ½" Nuts for the main assembly, plus the Pipe Holder, Plate, and 90 Degree Bracket.

Visual Description: Shows the components that form the upper horizontal assembly: a bracket, a plate, a pipe holder, and a 90-degree bracket, being connected together.

Step Six: Attaching Horizontal Assembly

Attach the completed Horizontal Assembly to the top of the Left Vertical Bar (B) and Right Vertical Bar (C). Use three 3/8"-16 x 1" bolts, three 3/8" flat washers, and three 3/8" nuts for each side (total of six bolts, six washers, and six nuts).

Visual Description: Shows the assembled horizontal mount being attached to the top of the vertical bars.

Step Seven: Attaching Handles

Attach the two Handles (G) to the sides of the Left Vertical Bar (B) and Right Vertical Bar (C). Use three 3/8"-16 x 1" bolts and three 3/8" flat washers for each handle (total of six bolts and six washers).

Visual Description: Shows the handles being attached to the outer sides of the vertical bars.

Step Eight: Installing Pipe

Slide the Pipe (K) into the Pipe Holder (L) on the Horizontal Assembly. Secure the Pipe (K) using the ½-13 × 4-¾" L Bolt.

Visual Description: Shows the long pipe being inserted into the holder on the horizontal assembly and then secured with a specific L-shaped bolt.

Step Nine: Attaching Bail

a) Slide the Bail (H) onto the Pipe (K), aligning the holes.

b) Attach the Bail (H) to the Pipe (K) using one 3/8"-16 x 2¼" Bolt and one 3/8" Nut.

Visual Description: Shows the curved bail being placed onto the pipe and then fastened with a bolt and nut.

Step Ten: Adjusting Shroud Angle

Loosen the nuts and bolts on the Bail (H). Adjust the shroud (attached to the bail) to the desired angle. Re-tighten the bolts with the appropriate ½" washers and ½" lock washers.

Visual Description: Shows the bail assembly, which holds the shroud, being adjusted for angle and then secured with fasteners.

Shroud Application Hardware

For shroud application, the following hardware is needed:

  • 3/8"- 16 x 1" Bolts (4)
  • 3/8" Washers (4)
  • 3/8" Lockwasher (4)
  • 3/8" Nut (4)
