User Manual
Important Safety Information
Please read this manual carefully and keep it for future reference.
- Install the speakers correctly according to the instructions in this manual.
- Recommended operating environment: 0-35°C.
- To reduce the risk of fire and electric shock, do not expose the product to rain or moisture.
- Do not use the product near water, immerse it in any liquid, or allow liquids to drip or splash onto it.
- Do not install or use the product near any heat sources such as radiators, heat registers, stoves, or other heat-producing equipment.
- Do not place any water-filled containers, such as vases, on the product, nor place any open flames, such as lit candles, on the product.
- Do not block any openings of the product or insert objects into ventilation openings or slots, as this may cause a risk of fire or electric shock.
- Ensure adequate space around the product for good ventilation (recommended: over 5cm).
- Do not force plugs into ports. Check if ports are blocked, and if the plug and port match and are correctly oriented before connecting.
- Keep accessories (like sharp pins) out of reach of children to prevent accidental ingestion.
- Do not open or remove the casing for repairs yourself, as this may expose you to dangerous voltages or other hazards. For any product damage, seek professional repair services.
- Before cleaning, turn off the product and unplug it from the power outlet.
- Do not use chemical solvents such as strong acids, alkalis, gasoline, or alcohol to wipe the product surface. Use neutral solvents or clean water if necessary.
- Listening at high volumes may cause hearing damage. Adjust the volume to a safe level.
- Dispose of electronic products correctly. Do not discard electronic equipment, components, or batteries with household waste. To prevent environmental pollution and harm to human health, use recycling or local regulations.
Power Warnings
- Place the product near a power outlet for easy access.
- Ensure the operating voltage matches the local power supply voltage, as indicated on the product's nameplate.
- Unplug the product during prolonged periods of non-use or during thunderstorms for safety.
- Power components may generate heat during normal operation; ensure ventilation and operate with caution.
- Safety warning symbols on the product or power adapter indicate:
- A: Uninsulated dangerous voltage inside the casing that may cause electric shock.
- [No Disassembly Symbol]: Do not disassemble the casing; there are no user-serviceable parts inside. Seek service from qualified personnel.
- [Indoor Use Symbol]: This product is for indoor use only.
- [Class II Symbol]: This product is Class II or double-insulated electronic equipment, requiring no protective earth.
- The product can be safely used at altitudes up to 5000 meters and in tropical climates.
- Products with a grounded plug should be connected to a grounded power outlet.
- For detachable power cords, the product's plug and appliance coupler are the disconnecting device and should remain readily operable. For non-detachable power cords, the product's plug is the disconnecting device and should remain readily operable.
- For products with a master switch, the power switch serves as the disconnecting device and should remain readily operable.
Battery Warnings
- Risk of explosion if battery is replaced incorrectly. Replace only with the same or equivalent type.
- For products with removable batteries, batteries must be recycled or disposed of properly. For products with non-removable batteries, do not disassemble.
- Do not disassemble, impact, crush, or throw batteries into fire. Do not expose batteries to conductive materials, liquids, fire, or high temperatures.
- Do not allow metal objects to contact the battery terminals. If the battery swells, leaks, discolors, emits odor, or shows other abnormalities, discontinue use.
- Do not use batteries that have been immersed in water.
- Improper battery use may result in explosion or leakage, causing burns and other personal injury. If a battery leaks, handle it carefully and dispose of it immediately according to local battery disposal regulations.
- Shortwave radio frequency signals from wireless products may affect the normal operation of other electronic and medical devices.
- Turn off the product in prohibited areas.
- Do not use the product in medical institutions, on aircraft, at gas stations, near automatic doors, fire alarm systems, or other automated control devices.
- Do not use the product within 20cm of pacemakers or other medical devices, as radio waves may affect their normal operation.

Connection Diagram
Connect the speakers as illustrated. Connect the speakers to the mains power and turn on the power. The LED light will illuminate, and the speakers will turn on.

Remote Control Battery Installation and Replacement:
Insert a coin into the battery cover slot and rotate counter-clockwise to the "O" position. Gently tap downwards to remove the battery cover. Insert a CR2025 battery correctly into the compartment, then rotate the slot clockwise to the "O" position until it clicks shut.
Precautions:
[Warning Symbol] Do not swallow battery, risk of chemical burn!
This product contains a coin cell battery. If swallowed, it can cause severe internal injuries or death within 2 hours. Keep new or used batteries out of reach of children. Do not use the product if the battery compartment is not securely closed and keep the remote control away from children. If you suspect a battery has been swallowed or placed inside the body, seek immediate medical attention. Do not expose batteries (installed in the remote control) to sunlight, fire, or similar overheating conditions.
Optical/Coaxial Input
1. Press the OPT/COX button on the remote control or turn the volume adjustment/input switch knob on the main satellite speaker to select Optical/Coaxial input mode. The corresponding input source indicator light on the main satellite speaker will illuminate.
2. Connect one end of the "Optical Cable" or "Coaxial Cable" to the Optical/Coaxial input port on the back panel of the main speaker, and the other end to the audio source (e.g., set-top box/Blu-ray player).
3. Play music and adjust to a suitable volume.
Note: In Optical and Coaxial modes, the S201 can decode standard PCM digital audio signals with sampling rates of 44.1KHz/48KHz.
Bluetooth Input
1. Press the [Bluetooth Symbol] button on the remote control or turn the volume adjustment/input switch knob on the main satellite speaker to select Bluetooth input mode. The corresponding input source indicator light on the main satellite speaker will illuminate.
2. Search for "EDIFIER S201" on your mobile phone, tablet, or other audio source device.
Notes:
- The S201's Bluetooth can only be searched and connected when the speakers are switched to Bluetooth input. The Bluetooth connection will be disconnected when the speakers switch to other input sources. When switching back to Bluetooth input, the speakers will attempt to connect to the last connected Bluetooth audio source device.
- If a PIN code is required for a Bluetooth connection, enter "0000".
- To disconnect the current Bluetooth connection, you can long-press the Bluetooth button on the remote control.
- To ensure you can use all Bluetooth functions provided by the product, please ensure your audio source device supports A2DP/AVRCP protocols.
- Compatibility may vary depending on the audio source device.
- The product has a built-in aptX decoder. For better wireless transmission audio quality, please use devices that support aptX as the audio source.
PC/AUX Input
1. Press the PC/AUX button on the remote control or turn the volume adjustment/input switch knob on the main satellite speaker to select PC/AUX input mode. The corresponding input source indicator light on the main satellite speaker will illuminate.
2. Connect one end of the 3.5mm-2RCA audio cable to the PC/AUX input port on the back panel of the main speaker (note the color correspondence), and the other end to the audio source (e.g., mobile phone/tablet).
3. Play music and adjust to a suitable volume.

Note: Base frequency for electrical parameter testing: Treble test base frequency is 10KHz; Mid-bass test base frequency is 500Hz; Bass test base frequency is 80Hz.
Troubleshooting
- Only one speaker has sound: Check speaker connections. Try connecting to a different audio source. If the issue persists, contact customer support.
- No sound from speakers: Check power plug and switch. Verify audio source and connection cables. Ensure audio source output is normal. Check if volume is set to minimum on speakers or audio source. Unplug and replug the speaker power.
- Speaker noise: Edifier speakers have low noise characteristics. Some audio sources may have higher inherent noise. Disconnect audio cables, turn up the volume, and listen from 1 meter away; the sound from the speakers should be minimal.
- Remote control not working: Check battery power and installation. Ensure the remote control window and receiver are not obstructed.
