Installation Instructions
Follow these steps for proper installation:
Step 1: Safety and Temperature Precautions
⚠️ Observe general safety precautions. Ensure the operating temperature is within the specified limits: max 40°C (104°F) and min 0°C (32°F).
Step 2: Pump Placement
Lower the submersible pump unit into the well or tank. Ensure the pump is positioned correctly, and attach any included float switch.
Installation Recommendation:
- Maintain a minimum distance of 30cm (11.8 inches) from the bottom of the tank/well.
- A slight tilt of 3° is recommended for optimal operation.
Step 3: Electrical Connections
Connect the pump according to the electrical configuration. Diagrams show options for Standard (single-phase) and Three-Phase connections, often requiring a control box. Ensure correct wiring, noting labels such as CAP4L1 N B, M4, 1ph.
Step 4: Securing Connections
Tighten electrical connections securely, adhering to the specified torque of 7 Nm. Avoid over-tightening or incorrect methods (indicated by ❌).
System Integration and Operation
The pump can be integrated into various water systems. A typical setup includes connection to an optional pressure tank and a control system for managing water pressure and flow.
