Hot Wheels 4-Loop Crash-Out Track Set

Important Information

Adult Assembly Required. Please keep these instructions for future reference as they contain important information.

One vehicle is included. Additional vehicles are sold separately and may not be compatible with all Hot Wheels® track sets. Colors and decorations may vary.

This set includes components for two distinct zones:

• Zone 1
• Zone 2

Battery Installation

This product requires 4 x D (LR20) 1.5V alkaline batteries (not included).

1. Use a Phillips head screwdriver (?) to unscrew and remove the battery compartment cover.
2. Insert 4 new D (LR20) 1.5V alkaline batteries (?) into the battery box, observing correct polarity.
3. Replace the battery cover and tighten the screws.
4. Replace batteries when the booster can no longer propel vehicles through the track set.
5. Dispose of used batteries safely and appropriately (♻️).
6. For longer battery life, use alkaline batteries.

Note: The product may malfunction if exposed to an electrostatic source. To resume normal operation, switch the power OFF for a few seconds, and then ON again.

Power Switch: 0 = OFF (APAGADO / ARRÊT / DESLIGADO) | ? = ON (ENCENDIDO / MARCHE / LIGADO)

Important: DO NOT turn on the power before assembly is completed.

Assembly - Zone 1

Assembly steps marked with a ⭐ indicate a permanent assembly. Once these parts are assembled, they cannot be taken apart.

Key Assembly Features:

• Align molded letters on parts for correct placement.

Step 1

Connect part A2 to part A1. Attach part A3 to the assembly.

Step 2

Connect part B to the assembly, aligning it with parts A2 and A3.

Step 3

Attach parts G1 and G2 to the base structure.

Step 4

Connect part J1 to the assembly.

Step 5

Attach part E to the structure, connecting it to G1 and G2. Connect part D1 to E.

Step 6

Parts Needed: K, H1, H2, H3, H4. Connect H1, H2, H3, and H4 track pieces to form a curved section. Attach part K as a support.

Step 7

Step 7.1: Attach part H4 to the existing track structure.

Step 7.2: Connect part H1 to the structure, aligning with H4.

Step 8

Parts Needed: N1, K, D3, L. Connect N1 track piece. Attach supports K, D3, and L.

Step 9

Parts Needed: N1, N2, N3, N4, N5. Assemble the blue track support pieces (N1, N2, N3, N4, N5) and connect them to form a structure.

Step 10

Step 10.1: Connect part N5 to the assembly.

Step 10.2: Connect part N1 to the assembly.

Step 10.3: Connect the booster unit (likely part N6) to the track.

Most of the parts are one-time snap assembly.

Assembly - Zone 2

Assembly steps marked with a ⭐ indicate a permanent assembly. Once these parts are assembled, they cannot be taken apart.

Step 1

Connect the green base piece (P) to the track structure. Attach parts Y1 and Y2 to the base.

Step 2

Bottom View: Connect parts R1 and R2 to the underside of the track.

Front View: Connect parts R2 and R3 to the front of the track.

Step 3

Attach parts R3 and R4 to the track structure.

Step 4

Connect parts U1, U2, U3, U4, and U5 to form a track section.

Step 5

Connect part U5 to the main structure.

Step 6

Assemble parts S1, S2, and S3 to create a track connector.

Step 7

Connect part U1 to the structure. Attach U7 and U6 to the track.

Step 8

Connect part T to the track assembly.

Most of the parts are one-time snap assembly.

Final Assembly

Connect Zone 1 and Zone 2 together to complete the track circuit.

1. Step 1: Align Zone 2 with Zone 1 and snap them together.
2. Step 2: Connect the main track sections, ensuring all connections are secure.
3. Step 3:
   • Step 3.1: Attach the blue connector piece (Y3) to the main structure.
   • Step 3.2: Ensure the booster mechanism (V) is correctly positioned.
4. Step 4: Attach support piece Q1 as shown.

Most of the parts are one-time snap assembly.

How to Play

Power On and Launch

1. Turn the power switch to ON (?).
2. Load your Hot Wheels® car into the booster and launch it through the track.

Race and Crash

1. Load extra cars to race and crash!
2. Experience the excitement in the Crash Zones!

One vehicle is included. Additional vehicles sold separately. Not for use with some Hot Wheels® vehicles.

Storage

Follow the diagrams to store the track set when not in use.

1. Fold and collapse the track sections as shown.
2. Store the components neatly.
