Product Description

3W COB + 1W SMD Rechargeable headlight with sensor function. Also includes 3 SMD LEDs producing 300 Lumens. Can also act as a separate mini work light with magnet. Features a 3.7V 1000mAh Li-Poly battery and includes a 0.3m USB cable. Offers charging and battery indicator capabilities. Provides up to 4 hours of maximum runtime using the COB light.

Operation

Torch Operation

• Press the power button once to turn the unit on.
• The battery charge state is indicated by 4 blue LEDs.
• Press the power button again to activate the primary light (COB).
• Press the power button again to activate the secondary light (SMD).
• Press the power button again to turn the unit off.

Light Sensor

• Press the sensor button to enable sensing mode.
• Pass hand in front of the light for it to come on.
• Pass hand in front of the light again for it to turn off.
• Press the sensor button again to disable sensing mode.

Tilting Head

The headtorch offers 4 lockable positions: 0°, 20°, 40°, and 60°.

Dismount Torch

Twist the light unit through 45° to detach it from the headband mounting.

The diagram illustrates the headlight components. Key parts labeled include: Power Button, Sensor Button, Battery State Indicators (four blue LEDs), Light Sensor, Secondary Light, and the SMD LED. The figure also indicates the overall unit.

Maintenance

Charging

Connect the USB lead to the port on the side of the unit and to a USB power supply socket.

Cleaning

Keep the torch clean by wiping with a damp cloth.

Environmental Protection & Disposal

Environment Protection

Recycle unwanted materials instead of disposing of them as waste. All tools, accessories, and packaging should be sorted, taken to a recycling centre, and disposed of in an environmentally compatible manner. When the product becomes completely unserviceable and requires disposal, drain any fluids (if applicable) into approved containers and dispose of the product and fluids according to local regulations.

WEEE Regulations

Dispose of this product at the end of its working life in compliance with the EU Directive on Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment (WEEE). When the product is no longer required, it must be disposed of in an environmentally protective way. Contact your local solid waste authority for recycling information.

Battery Removal

Under the Waste Batteries and Accumulators Regulations 2009, Jack Sealey Ltd is required to inform potential purchasers of products containing batteries (as defined within these regulations) that they are registered with Valpak's registered compliance scheme. Jack Sealey Ltd's Batteries Producer Registration Number (BPRN) is BPRN00705.
