Installation
- Open the battery cover at the bottom of the mouse and insert 2 AAA batteries, ensuring correct polarity. The LED light will illuminate for 1 second upon battery installation, indicating the mouse is in a working state.
- Connect the mini USB receiver to an available USB port on your computer.
- Your mouse is now ready to use.
Important Notes
- The mouse will enter sleep mode automatically when the receiver is unplugged or the computer host shuts down.
- To wake the mouse from sleep mode, press any button.
- When connecting the receiver or rebooting the computer, click any button to activate the mouse; the LED will light up, indicating it is in a working state.
- This mouse can be used on most surfaces, with the exception of glass.
Troubleshooting
If the mouse does not work:
- Verify that the batteries are installed correctly with the proper positive and negative electrode orientation.
- Ensure the USB receiver is securely connected to the computer.
If the mouse moves slowly or malfunctions:
- Increase the physical distance between this mouse and other wireless mice or computer equipment.
- Increase the distance from, or turn off, other wireless devices (such as cordless phones) that might interfere with the transmission signal, which can affect the mouse's response time.
