Product Usage
2.4 GHz Mode
- Take out the receiver from the bottom of the mouse.
- Insert the receiver into the computer's USB port.
- Slide switch "10" [2.4GHz/Bluetooth toggle] to select 2.4GHz.
- Slide switch "9" [Power on/off] to power on. When the mouse cursor appears on the computer screen, you can use the mouse normally.
Bluetooth Mode
- Slide switch "10" [2.4GHz/Bluetooth toggle] to select Bluetooth.
- Slide switch "9" [Power on/off] to power on.
- Press Bluetooth button "8" for 2-3 seconds, then pair the mouse with your device by selecting "Bluetooth Mouse". When the mouse cursor appears, you can use the mouse freely.
Attention
- In order to prolong battery life, please use the mouse on a white or light-colored desk.
- Please turn the power switch off if you don't use the mouse for a long time to prevent battery leakage and product damage.
Frequently Asked Questions
1. If it doesn't work, what can we do?
- Make sure the battery is fully charged.
- Check if the USB receiver is seated firmly.
- When the mouse is in sleep mode, wake it up by turning the power switch "9" [Power on/off] off and on.
2. When the mouse moves slowly or malfunctions, what can we do?
- Increase the distance between the mouse and other computer or equipment.
- Turn off other wireless devices.
- Using the mouse on a metal surface (like copper, iron, aluminum) may affect transmission and extend the mouse's response time.
