1. General Safety Precautions
Warning: Indicates danger. Failure to follow instructions may lead to damage.
No Permission: Indicates actions that are not allowed and may lead to damage.
Ensure the earth connection in your electrical supply is proper before connecting the power cord. The socket should be standard and independent of a 3-pin BS plug (220V AC, 50Hz). A connection with a separate line fuse or circuit breaker of 6A/16A is recommended.
Pull out the plug and turn off the water tap when there is no power supply.
Do not bend or twist the electrical cord excessively. Please contact the after-sales service department if the line or socket is damaged or loose.
Do not install the machine in damp surroundings like a bathroom. Never rinse or wash the machine. Never place wet clothes on the control panel.
Do not use hot water above 65°C.
Do not block the vent when installing the washer on a carpeted floor.
Do not wash raincoats, bicycle covers, etc., as this may cause severe vibration.
Do not use an extension junction box as it may not be properly earthed. Do not use an extension cord.
Never open the wash lid or put your hand into the washer tub during the washing or spinning process.
Do not dismantle or repair the washer yourself.
Do not place any hot or heavy objects on the washer.
Do not wash clothes with volatile materials such as alkaline or petrol.
Do not permit children to go near the machine.
Do not expose the machine to direct sunlight, rain, or heat.
Important Notes Before Washing:
- Please clean the magic filter after every 5 wash cycles.
- Ensure the plug is disconnected from the wall socket before removing the filter.
- Drain all water from the tub.
- Pull out the filter and wash it as shown in the picture.
- Reassemble the filter after cleaning.
Please ensure you empty all pockets of objects such as coins, pens, toothpicks, matchsticks, etc., as they might get stuck inside the machine and could cause damage to your clothes.
Please ensure the tap is open and the water inlet is connected properly when washing.
Detergent powder with low suds is recommended.
Please check the recommended wash powder quantity list for reference.

4. Installation and Adjustment
Installation Precautions:
- Do not place the washing machine on a slanting, uneven, or unstable surface.
- Place the washing machine on a solid, leveled surface to avoid excessive vibration during operation.
Placement:
- Keep the machine at least 10cm away from the wall on all sides.
- Place the drain hose flat on the floor before operating the machine.
- The washing machine should be directly connected to a socket. Switch off the machine when not in operation.
Important Notes:
- If the power cord is damaged, it must be replaced by an authorized service person to avoid hazard.
- Discard the cushion balance ring assembly cover.
- Remove the transit bracket.
Dismantling the Package:
- Dismantle the package and take out the rat mesh package with upper foam.
- Open the wash lid and take out all the accessories.
- Remove all packaged items, including the convex plastic cube.
Adjusting the Washing Machine:
- The front legs of the machine are adjustable. Lift the front side slightly and rotate the legs to make the machine stable and horizontal.
- Then, lock the nut if the legs have a nut.
- Please check whether the machine is horizontal as shown in the picture.
5. Drain Pipe Usage
Change the direction of the drain hose:
- Unfasten the fixed screw of the drain hose joint.
- Lead the drain hose from the opening to the other side.
- Fasten the screw to fix the drain hose.

6. Installation of the Water Inlet
Proper water inlet:
- Use the adaptor only on circular cross-sections of taps.
- Do not use any other shape mouth, such as elliptical or hexagonal mouths.
- The tap mouth should be smooth. The front length should be more than 10mm.
Connect the adaptor to the tap:
- Detach the adaptor from the water inlet pipe accessories. Hold the bottom part of the locking lever and press down the slider.
- Loosen the four screws of the tap adaptor and press the tap adaptor against the mouth of the water tap. Detach the ring if it is smaller than the tap mouth.
- Tighten the screws evenly.
- Remove the mark, rotate the nut in a counter-clockwise direction.
Connect the inlet water pipe to the machine:
- Do not detach the water-proof ring. Please check whether the ring is damaged before washing.
- Cover the pipe nut on the water valve.
- Fit the nut tightly.
Connect the inlet water pipe to the adaptor:
- Press down the slider, insert the pipe into the adaptor.
- Let the locking lever hook the pipe connector, release the slider until you hear a sound.
Check the water inlet pipe and the tap:
- Pull the pipe gently to check whether it is tight.
- Open the tap to check for leakage.
- Ensure the pipe is connected to the tap and the machine properly before each wash.
Detach the inlet water pipe:
- Close the water tap.
- Hold the locking lever and press down the slider, then take down the pipe.
7. Operation Instruction
- Press the "POWER" button to turn on the machine.
- Press the "PROGRAM" button to choose the program you want. (Note: If you want to change the settled program, press "POWER" or "START/PAUSE" to stop the machine first, then press "PROGRAM" to choose new programs.)
- Press the "WATER LEVEL" button to choose the water level you want and put detergent accordingly. (Note: The water level can be changed during operation. If changed to a higher level, the machine will stop to fill water and resume when the water reaches the set level.)
- Close the wash lid.
- Press the "START/PAUSE" button to start operating.
Notes:
- Please make sure the highest point of clothes is below the balance ring.
- If you want to choose air function, press "PROGRAM" to select "AIR DRY", then press "WATER LEVEL" to choose the time.
- FUZZY LOGIC is an intelligent program. Press "PROGRAM" to select "NORMAL" function, and the machine will choose the best procedure according to the wash capacity.
8. Features Description

Other Features:
- Fuzzy Logic: The machine selects the program, process, water level, and rinse cycle automatically by detecting the size, dirt, and weight of clothes.
- Memory Backup: If power cuts off during the washing process, the machine remembers the status and will continue the process once power is restored.
- LED Display: An intelligent, central, digital, dynamic LED display indicates the operation status vividly.
- Delay Start: Select the delay start time from 1 to 24 hours. The machine will start working with the set program after the desired time.
- Crystal Drum: The special design improves wash quality and reduces the wear rate of clothes.
- Tub Clean: Recommended for use every 2 weeks to keep the machine clean. Press "PROGRAM" to select "Tub Clean", close the lid, and press "START/PAUSE".
- Air Dry: Air is supplied to the clothes during the washing and rinsing process, keeping the clothes fresh.
- DIY (Do It Yourself): Allows you to automate and save a program according to your needs.
- IMD: "In-mould decoration" technology ensures the panel remains shiny.
- Damping Lid: The lid closes smoothly to avoid jerks.
- Child Lock: Activate by pressing "WATER LEVEL" and "RESET" buttons together during operation.
- Bubble Wash: Generates soap bubbles that collide with clothes for better soaking action.
- Anti Creases: In the last cycle, the machine will not drain to prevent clothes from creasing. The water can be reused.
9. Trouble Shooting
Key points for trouble locating:
- Washing machine not running: Check if the water tap is open, power cord is plugged in, power supply is on, fuse is sound, and water level is sufficient.
- No water entering the machine: Check if the water tap is open, water supply has ceased, water inlet hose is clogged or frozen. If water supply is not provided within 50 minutes, a buzzer alarm will sound.
- Water is not draining out of the machine: Check if the drain pipe is let down, frozen, or clogged. If draining does not occur within 20 minutes, a buzzer alarm will sound.
- The Rinse/Spin cycle is not functioning properly: Ensure clothes are put evenly inside the washing barrel, the machine is positioned stably and horizontally, and the top cover is closed.
- Power supply cannot be turned off: If the error flag is still displayed, contact a commercial agent or service center.
- Water is overflowing from the machine: Drain the machine. If the error flag is still displayed, contact an authorized service center.
10. Care and Cleaning
Program Finish: The machine will make a buzzer sound automatically once the program finishes.
Shell Maintenance: Wipe the machine with a soft and dry cloth after each wash. Do not use soda or bleach for cleaning the washing machine.
Magic Filter Clearance: Ensure the Magic Filter is assembled before washing. Clean the Magic Filter after each wash as shown in the picture.
Inlet Hose Clearance: Please clean the inlet filter if it is blocked.
Clean the lint filter:
- Please pull out the lint filter according to the direction of the arrow.
- First, open the lint filter, then close it after cleaning and rinsing thoroughly.
- Reinstall the lint filter according to the direction of the arrow.
