Assembly Instructions

Step 1

Prepare the two main shelf panels. Screw 10x cam lock posts (part 112614) into the designated holes on each panel. Insert 10x cam locks (part 118331) into the larger corresponding holes.

Step 2

Attach the drawer slides (4x part 127102) to the two side panels using 4x screws (part 1108533). Ensure the slides are oriented correctly.

Step 3

Connect the two side panels to the bottom shelf panel. Insert 6x wooden dowels (part 101345) into the side panels and bottom shelf. Secure with 6x screws (part 110519).

Step 4

Attach the top shelf panel to the assembled side panels. Insert 5x cam lock posts (part 102509) into the top shelf. Insert 5x cam locks (part 103114) into the side panels and turn to lock.

Step 5

Attach the remaining drawer slides (4x part 127102) to the other two side panels using 4x screws (part 1108533).

Step 6

Attach the second set of side panels to the top shelf. Insert 5x cam lock posts (part 102509) into the top shelf. Insert 5x cam locks (part 103114) into the side panels and turn to lock.

Step 7

Secure the back panel. Place the back panel onto the rear of the assembled unit. Hammer 30x nails (part 101221) along the edges to fasten it.

Step 8

Assemble the drawer boxes. For each drawer, insert the drawer sides and back into the drawer base. Attach drawer runners to the drawer boxes using 2x screws (part 118331).

Step 9

Attach drawer fronts. Insert 2x wooden dowels (part 101345) into the drawer fronts.

Step 10

Secure drawer fronts. Insert 4x cam lock posts (part 103114) into the drawer boxes. Insert 4x cam locks (part 103114) into the drawer fronts and turn to lock.

Step 11

Insert the assembled drawers into the main unit.

Step 12

Attach drawer handles. From the inside of the drawer front, insert screws (part 110519) through the pre-drilled holes and into the drawer handles.

Step 13

Secure drawer fronts. Use 4x screws (part 110519) to further secure the drawer fronts to the drawer boxes.

Step 14

Final check. Ensure all connections are secure. The diagram shows the completed unit with drawers inserted. A warning symbol ⚠️ indicates proper wall mounting is essential. The final illustration shows the unit correctly mounted on a wall, with a crossed-out image ❌ indicating improper mounting or overloading.
