Preparing to Charge
The 3-in-1 Wireless Charging Station is compatible with iPhone®, AirPods with wireless charging case, Apple Watch®, and most other wireless charging enabled devices.
Charging
- Connect the Wireless Charging Station to a USB power source with a minimum output rating of 9V/2A (18W)* using the included USB-C to USB-C cable.
- Your devices will automatically begin to charge when placed on the respective wireless charging pads.
- For optimal charging performance, ensure your devices are centered on their designated charging areas.
Fast Charging
The Wireless Charging Station supports fast charging outputs of up to 15W for compatible smartphones when paired with a USB adapter rated at 9V/3A (27W).
Troubleshooting
- No Power: Verify that the Charging Station is properly connected to a power source and plugged in.
- Device Not Charging (Wireless): Confirm that your device supports wireless charging and that it is correctly positioned in the center of the charging area.
Precautions
- Medical Implants: Maintain a minimum safe distance of 20 cm (approximately 8 inches) between the Wireless Charge Station (when powered ON) and any medical implants, such as pacemakers, that could be affected by a magnetic field.
- Do not immerse the device in liquid.
- Avoid placing magnets or magnetically sensitive devices, such as credit cards, on the charging pad.
- Prevent damage by keeping metal or magnetic objects away from the Wireless Charging Station.
*Note: Using a USB adapter with a lower power output may not support charging multiple devices simultaneously and can result in reduced charging speed.
