Product Overview
The P1 GYS AUTO is a single-phase, synergic MIG/MAG welding unit designed specifically for automotive bodywork professionals. It offers splash-free welding of aluminum workpieces and is capable of welding a wide range of steels, aluminum, and brazing alloys (CuSi3/CuAl8), even on thin materials (1.0 mm and 1.2 mm) using a special pulsed mode.
MIG/MAG WELDING
- MIG/MAG Smooth + Pulse: For steel and stainless steel wires (Ø 0.6-1.2 mm), aluminum wires (Ø 0.8-1.2 mm), and CuSi and CuAl wires (Ø 0.8 and 1.0 mm).
INTELLIGENT Features
- Specific Synergies: Supports Steel, AlMg, AlSi, CrNi, CuSi. After entering 3 parameters, the machine automatically determines optimal welding conditions.
- PFC Technology: Power Factor Correction technology allows adaptation to input voltages between 185V and 265V.
- Intuitive Interface: Features a new, intuitive, multilingual 3.5" HMI.
- Updates: Full machine and synergy updates via USB stick.
- Job Memory: Stores up to 200 welding programs for repetitive tasks.
- Portability Function: User JOBS and machine configurations can be loaded/saved/transferred via USB stick.

2 OPERATING MODES

WELDING MODES
- 2T: Welding occurs while the trigger is held down. Stops when the trigger is released.
- 4T: Welding is continuous with a trigger press and release. Press and release the trigger again to stop welding.
ERGONOMICS
- Mobility: Reinforced wheels for stability and maneuverability.
- Gas Cylinder Holder: Accommodates gas cylinders up to 4 m³ (20 L).
- Protection: IP23S rated for resistance to harsh environments.
- Storage: Features a storage compartment.
