P1 GYS AUTO (PFC)
MIG/MAG INVERTER PULSE SINGLE-PHASE | 10 → 220 A
Model: 080584 (with accessories)
Product Overview
The P1 GYS AUTO is a 220 A single-phase synergic MIG/MAG welding unit specifically designed for car body specialists. It can weld all kinds of aluminum workpieces spatter-free. Fitted with a highly intuitive color interface, it can weld on a wide range of steel, aluminum and brazing alloys (CuSi3/CuAl8), even on thin 1.0 mm & 1.2 mm material, using a dedicated pulse mode.
MIG/MAG Welding
- MIG/MAG Smooth + Pulse:
- Steel and stainless steel wire: Ø 0.6 to 1.2 mm
- Aluminum wire: Ø 0.8 to 1.2 mm
- CuSi and CuAl wire: 0.8 and 1.0 mm dia.
Intelligent Features
- Specific synergies: Steel, AlMg, AlSi, CrNi, CuSi
- After entering 3 pieces of data: Wire diameter, material/gas and thickness of material being welded, the product automatically determines the optimum welding conditions.
- PFC technology: Equipped with PFC (Power Factor Correction), it adjusts to all input voltages from 185 to 265V.
- New, intuitive, multilingual 3.5" HMI.
- Full machine and synergy updates via USB stick.
- Job memory for up to 200 welding programs for recurring tasks.
- Portability function: user JOBS and machine configuration can be loaded/saved/transported via USB stick.
- On-demand ventilation system to reduce dust ingress.
Premium Welding
- Digital arc control with rapid ignition.
- High arc stability to reduce spatter.
- 4-roller wire feeder with digital encoder for flawless wire feed.
- 4 MIG-MAG welding modes: Dynamic Standard, Pulse, ModulArc, Manual.
2 Display Modes
- Easy: A simplified interface adapted to the vast majority of users for optimum soldering quality.
- Expert: Dedicated interface for the experienced welder with the ability to adjust all welding cycle parameters.
- Welding mode:
- 2T: Welding takes place with trigger held down. It stops when the trigger is released.
- 4T: Welding takes place with trigger released, continuous welding. To stop welding, press and release the trigger again.
Ergonomic Features
- Reinforced wheels for stability and maneuverability.
