The MULTIWELD 400T is a 3-phase power source that combines MIG/MAG, gasless MIG/MAG with flux-cored wire, and MMA welding processes. Its intuitive interface features two digital displays for simple and precise control. The MULTIWELD 400T is equipped with a precise and powerful 4-roll wire feeding system, allowing welding with wire up to 1.6 mm, even on aluminum.
MULTI-PROCESS
- MIG/MAG welding:
Steel and stainless steel wire: Ø 0.6 to 1.6 mm
Aluminum wire: Ø 0.8 and 1.6 mm
Flux-cored wire (polarity inversion): Ø 0.9 to 1.6 mm - MMA welding: basic and rutile electrodes (up to Ø 6 mm).
- Arc gouging with carbon electrode (up to Ø 5 mm).
OPTIMIZED MIG/MAG SETTINGS
- Trigger control options: 2T or 4T.
- 3 settings for maximum control: Voltage selection, wire feed speed, and post-gas duration (0, 0.5, or 1 second).
- Welding guide: A table on the front of the unit helps the user determine the correct voltage and wire diameter for the material thickness being processed.

INTEGRATED WIRE FEEDER
- Compatible spools: Ø 200 / 300 mm
- 4-roll wire feed motor for smooth wire feeding.
- Euro connector for quick torch connection/disconnection.
GAS PRE-HEATING FOR PURE CO2
- Pre-installed socket (36 V - 4.2 A) for pure CO2 gas pre-heater (pre-heater not included).
- Compatible with US (Type A) and EURO (Type C/E/F) sockets.
ERGONOMIC
- Reinforced wheels for stability and maneuverability.
- Support for 10 m³ gas cylinders.
- Storage compartment for consumables.
