IKEA DRAGGAN Trolley Assembly Instructions

Step 1: Attach Casters

Insert the springs into the designated holes on the bottom of the side frames. Then, push the casters onto the springs until they click into place. Ensure the casters are securely attached. A screwdriver is required for some steps.

Step 2: Assemble Side Frames

Take the two side frames. Insert the springs into the ends of the horizontal bars of the side frames. Then, attach the connecting rods by pushing them into the corresponding holes on the side frames. Ensure a secure connection.

Step 3: Attach Shelves

Position the shelves between the assembled side frames. Align the holes on the shelves with the holes on the side frames. Insert screws (20x) and tighten them using a screwdriver. Ensure the shelves are level and securely fastened.

Step 4: Attach Top Tray

Place the top tray onto the upper part of the trolley structure. Secure it in place by inserting screws (4x) through the designated holes and tightening them.

Step 5: Final Check

Ensure all screws are tightened and all parts are securely connected. The trolley should be stable and the casters should rotate freely.

Step 6: Usage

The DRAGGAN trolley is now ready for use. It can be easily moved around thanks to its casters.
