General Safety Precautions

• Ensure your appliance's voltage matches your electrical supply. Incorrect connections will void the guarantee.
• This product is designed for indoor, domestic use only, at altitudes below 2000m. Commercial or inappropriate use will void the warranty.
• Always disconnect the appliance from the power supply when unattended, and before assembling, disassembling, or cleaning.
• Caution: Incorrect use may lead to injury.
• Do not use if the appliance is not working properly or is damaged. Contact an authorized service center.
• Only authorized service centers should perform maintenance beyond basic cleaning.
• Never use this appliance for non-food items.
• Never use the blender jug empty or only with solid ingredients.
• Always add liquid ingredients first, then solid ingredients.
• Do not use the blender jug or accessories for preservation, freezing, cooking, or sterilization.
• Do not overfill the jug or bowl.
• Do not touch moving parts, such as blades. Blades are very sharp; handle with care during emptying, assembly/disassembly, and cleaning.
• Never place fingers or foreign objects into the blender jug while it is running.
• Never remove the lid or jug until the appliance has completely stopped.
• Always use the blender jug with its lid.
• Place the appliance on a stable, clean, and dry worktop.
• Do not immerse the appliance, power cord, or plug in any liquid.
• Keep the power cord out of reach of children.
• Keep the power cord away from hot parts, heat sources, sharp edges, and ensure it does not come into contact with blades.
• Never pull the power cord to disconnect the appliance.
• Keep long hair, scarves, ties, etc., away from the appliance and its attachments when in use.
• If the power cord or plug is damaged, do not use the appliance. Have it replaced by an authorized service center to avoid danger.
• For your safety, use only approved spare parts and accessories.
• Be cautious when pouring hot liquids into the blender, as they can eject due to sudden steam or boiling.
• Do not pour boiling liquids (over 80°C/176°F) into the jug or accessories.
• This appliance is not intended for use by persons (including children) with reduced physical, sensory, or mental capabilities, or lack of experience/knowledge, unless supervised or instructed by a responsible person.
• Children should be supervised to ensure they do not play with the appliance.
• Do not allow children to use the appliance unsupervised.
• This appliance is designed for domestic use only. It is not intended for use in commercial environments such as shops, offices, staff areas, farmhouses, hotels, motels, or B&Bs, as this will void the warranty.
• Turn off and unplug the appliance before changing accessories or approaching moving parts.
• Refer to the instructions for correct speed settings and operating times for each accessory.
• Refer to the instructions for proper assembly and fitting of accessories.
• Refer to the instructions for initial and regular cleaning of food-contact surfaces and for appliance maintenance.
